This is a horrible store and every time I order on line this is the only one that comes up. They take your money and half the time they never deliver your food . But Sunday was it we waited until 1:30 for our food it never came but when we got ready to leave in the a.m. there it was on the ground with a cat trying to get in it. I went up to the store and Dave fixed the order and apologized. But I need to speak with someone higher up because this store needs to be reported and shut down I tried to contact someone I was told was the higher up but he never returned my call.

This location doesn’t know how to answer the phone. How could a franchisee allow their store to not answer a phone call. The automatic order taker is a way to keep workers off the phone? That’s a terrible idea no one can get in contact with a manger because the phone just rings n rings. Unless it’s just the manager on shift allowing folks not to answer the phone either way it goes terrible service and terrible management

I was disappointed with what I received , I was charged $44. For a cheese pizza and garlic knots , no at this store didn't try to solve this or make it right.

The quoted time went from 45 minutes to 90 minutes after I preferred and showed up tepid
i placed a order It's been an hour since I've placed the order and store operator is not even picking up the phone.

Ordered a little after 11:30 and it’s 2 and I’m still waiting on my pizza. It’s said multiple times the pizza was on the way. Then when you call the store I’ve waited an hour to speak to someone NO ONE ANSWERED!! I’ll never order from here again. Barely want the damn pizza at this point
*its 4:06 and still no pizza😂 I’ve already ordered and received my food from somewhere else. Unfortunately they still didn’t answer after holding for an hr + so the driver if they ever come has wasted time.

This location may be better to order in person rather than delivery.
It took almost 2 hours to receive my order. After the first hour passed I attempted to call for an update/cancel, couldn’t reach anyone and the call dropped multiple times. If I was told my order would arrive late, I wouldn’t have had an issue. Not to mention my pizza taste awful and was not correct and I have no way of contacting the store in order to remediate the issue.
However I decided to go to the store and although the young lady Tiara was working by herself she was super sweet and was able to assist with me a refund. Great customer service!

This store is the worst ever. I ordered online, and after 40 minutes, I received a ready message. And I walked up to the desk and told the manager my name , she said it isn't not ready. Waited 1 hour and half , again the manager said it is not ready she play with her phone at like she do not care, I just walked out never go back again, the workers play with their hair and touch the pizzas.
