DONT NOT ODER!!!!2026 this domino's is far the worst on the Eastside customers services is not handle in a professional manner 1st shift manager Dennis or Denise which I believe she gave me a fake name is a bad example for management working under domino's my pizza order took 3 hours to get delivered to the wrong address

Terrible customer service, cold food. Need I say more? So I place an order off of door dash. This place is legit 0.9 miles from my house so I was looking to have it delivered as I was getting home or shortly after I arrived home from work. As I got home I noticed the time had increased from between 4:59-507pm to now I was looking at 5:14-5:23. Ok cool, I get it, delays happen but I also noticed the location showing the drivers location had not moved since my order had went to the “heading to you” status. Like 20 minutes. Anyways I kept watching my arrival time go up 40 minutes past what it had initially said, the driver still hadn’t moved so I called the store. As I was explaining the situation in a rather calm tone as I was just concerned, the woman cut me off to say there were other orders ahead of me. Not only that but her tone sounded like her eyes were rolled in the back of her head. I kindly asked her not to be rude with me, she argued she wasn’t’t, I kindly stated how she cut me off instead of letting me explain, she then keeps talking so I can no longer speak. I end up just telling her to have a good day, I’m frustrated at this point as I have her no reason to be this way. Anywho, my food showed up about 5 minutes later and well guess what, it was warm at best. Thanks a lot, I will deff never recommend this location and I really won’t ever order from here again. I’ll order from the one further and my food has consistently arrived warm even with other orders ahead of me.

The lazy guy with blk hat and gray beard
He was so rude.
I was the only one there , and he said come back after 30 minutes!!!
And it usually take 10- 15 if it busy ..
But wasn’t.
he said come back in 30 minutes.?!!
Something wrong with him.
He need to go home if he don’t wana work .
I'm a double amputee whose disability was clearly noted in the order instructions:
“Backdoor Only – Hand it to me.”
These instructions were necessary because I am physically unable to bend down or retrieve items from the ground. Despite this, the delivery driver they delivered the food to the front door, placed the items on the ground, left without knocking, calling, or providing notice. Ignored all disability-related delivery instructions
As a result, i was completely unable to access my cold order.
When I contacted the Rockbridge Rd location, I was told the manager, “Big E,” was on duty. I was placed on hold for over one hour and the manager refused to come to the phone.
A staff member stated:
“He knows he’s handicap, but you can’t get a refund because it was delivered.”
This statement is discriminatory, unprofessional, and demonstrates a complete misunderstanding of obligations involving disabled individuals.
A delivery is not complete if placed in a location the customer cannot access due to a disability.
No one has called back and tried yo make this right.

Delivery driver didn’t even come into my complex just sat there and said it was complete and I nerve received my pizza now I have to re order and wait another 1:30 minutes every time I order here I always have to reorder the lazy up here for sure

My pizza 🍕 was no correct once it got to my house , I was very pissed and I waited like 1 hour for delivery 🚚. Never again
I called to place an order for a cheese pizza and I decided to pull up and every last employee was just standing around doing nothing. The driver is on his phone another employee is walking around with a sucker in his mouth with his hands behind his back.. everyone else just standing around doing absolutely nothing…. I see one female standing by the phone…. Utterly pathetic disgusting…. Poor customer service, every last individual in this establishment needs safe serv training and customer service training….. or just shut the store down….

I just ordered a delivery order from this location and when my pizza came it was cold and hard my pizza stayed in quality check for over 30 minutes which means it’s been sitting there so why deliver that pizza to someone and also when I called to tell them the pizza was hard and cold and asked could I change my toppings because I had a thin crust pizza with Italian sausage and bacon the manager was in the background with a nasty attitude saying we can’t change the toppings even though the bacon was big , hard and old so I don’t understand how you can’t change the toppings it’s not like it’s a up charge then in the background the manager is saying making sure the pizza is a whole pizza as if though she wasn’t in the wrong why would she let my pizza come that way in the first place ….nobody told you to work at dominos if you don’t like your job take it out on yourself you choose that job !

I went recently did an online order from this location for delivery the food I received was spoiled. I then drove up to the location to return food and requested a refund I was denied funds and the employees was upset that I stated the food tasted spoiled… NEVER AGAIN LEFT STORE WITH NO FOOD AND WAS OUT OF $52.88

I ordered delivery from this site, and I am not pleased. My order included 2 GARDEN salads that do not come with meat. When I checked over my order, I saw that they had put 1 garden salad and 1 ceasar salad that comes with chicken. I called the store and I was told that they only had one garden salad so they chose to replace the other with a ceasar salad. I let him know that I could not eat the one with meat and that I'd to be refunded for the salad. I was told that they could credit the amount to my next order. I let him know that wouldn't work as I do not order pizza often. A simple call to the number listed before sending my order out would've been best. This matter still has not been resolved.
