Do not recommend this place every time I come here it’s a problem. Nasty attitudes, worker taking the wrong pizza and me having to wait 40 mins after ordering. I ask can it not be remade the guy said he doesn’t know how to make the pizzas and the guy who is supposedly the general manager has no customer service skills. Will not even let me do a feedback form from the app.

During our call, I was informed that peppers and onions were added to our pizzas, and while I was notified of those changes, there was no mention that the pizzas would be missing sauce. Discovering the lack of sauce upon receiving the pizzas was quite unexpected and disappointing.
Additionally, I received a follow-up call informing me that I could not pay with cash due to a recent incident at the store. While I completely understand the need for increased safety measures, the manner in which this was communicated felt abrupt and dismissive. The
Rep refused to respond and disconnected the call.
Given that I paid over $30 plus a tip for this order, I expected a better experience both in product and in customer service. This has been a location we've ordered from in the past with no issues, so it was surprising to encounter these challenges this time.
I hope this feedback can be used constructively to improve the service and communication at your location. I would appreciate it if you could assist in addressing these concerns, as I am a regular customer who values the quality typically provided by Domino's.

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. IM NOT SURE WHATS MORE DISAPPOINTING.. WAITING OVER A HOUR FOR A MESSED UP ORDER.. OR THE FACT THAT THE OWNERS SON RASHAWN HANDLES CUSTOMERS POORLY. I ASKED THAT MY ORDER BE REMADE HE INFORMED ME THAT HE IS THE MANAGER AND I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK IN 20 MINS SO HE CAN CALL HIS BOSS TO SEE IF IT CAN BE REMADE ALTHOUGH I HAVE NO ISSUE RETURNING THE ORIGINAL PIZZA. AFTER CALLING BACK HE PROCEEDS TO PUT ME ON HOLD 30 MINUTES LATER KAREEM PICKS UP THE PHONE ASK WHATS GOING ON AND PUTS ME ON ANOTHER HOLD AND STILL HASNT CAME BACK TO THE PHONE . IM NOT SURE WHY ITS SO HARD TO REMAKE A PIZZA IM WILLING TO RETURN. THIS IS POOR MANAGEMENT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONESTLY A SLAP IN THE FACE. I WILL NO LONGER BE SUPPORTING THIS LOCATION AND I DEFINITELY DONT ENCOURAGE ANYBODY ELSE TOO. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! VERY UPSET ABOUT THE WAY THIS IS BEING HANDLED.

This Domino’s Location Sucks. The Employees are very Rude & unprofessional, They get every order wrong. & they have some nasty attitude! If you don’t like your job you should quit!

Cannot order from here no more. The delivery driver, ”TAKAWIRA”, left my pizza on the concrete at my front door. Perhaps it was because I did not tip when ordering online; however, I intended on tipping in cash upon arrival. This is not the first time by far. This has happened before on top of constantly getting the order wrong. But what happened tonight did it. It was disrespectful and inconsiderate; unsanitary and overall just bad business!!

I spent $40 to have pizza delivered to my parents. When they got the pizza it was flipped upside down. When I called a rude boy answered the phone and I basically had to greet him. He told me he couldn't give me a refund unless I brought the pizzas back. How do you expect me to do that when I ordered delivery since I'm not mobile. Clearly that's the point of delivery. He told me he would send my order back out which he never did. I called back this morning and another guy who again did not greet me says he doesn't work the night shift so call back tonight because he doesn't know what happened. I'm literally explain to him what happened. I asked for the number to corporate and he sat the phone down and didn't come back. I have called 3 times again with no answer. I just want my money back. I will never order from Dominoes again. Pizza insurance is a scam. My $40 order was not edible and you offer me 20% off the next order? What next order? I couldn't eat this one so why would I order again? I basically just gave y'all $40. I just want my money back.

Walked into the store and immediately greeted with smiles and high energy engagement. Staff was very friendly and seemed like family with how they all acted. This might be my preferred Domino's to go to even though I have one less than 5 minutes away.

Order pizza on line said it was ready got there pizza not ready guy sitting outside in car doing whatever comes inside and ask me what I ordered didn't wash his hands no gloves and think I am going to eat it i left do not pay online pay at store so if they start talking shit walk out like me and never go back.
The delivery person did not deliver my entire order. When I reached out to the store they refused to give me a refund and left my call on hold. I called then from another number and they answered that one only to refuse to give me a refund for the missing items

I love Dominoes because they have Philly steak. The downside is the weed smell in the plaza can be overwhelming in front of the location.
