I have been there 3 times now and everytime the food was not fresh I went through the drive-thru so I couldn't see the donuts so when I pulled it out of the bag you could tell right off that it was old please don't go to this DD Hwy 78 it's bad bad bad!!

lady in the drive thru had a huge attitude when i ordered and after i got my food. didn’t say good morning or hello or anything. and the way she handed my food was as if she’s giving it to a prisoner or something. also they didn’t provide any napkins or anything. if you don’t have customer service then find a new job.

This is the best DD in Stone Mountain, Gwinnett. I live in Snellville but I only come to this location. I come every morning during the work week. Shout Out to: Jasmine, Paru, and Amber. These ladies keep this location going. Fast, friendly, kind customer service! Caring hands serving coffee, donuts and sandwiches. I was sad when they temporarily closed for renovations. I even followed Paru to the Memorial Drive, Decatur location but it wasn't the same. Thank goodness the store is finally open again . Congratulations ladies on your new store. Happy Grand Opening!

When I saw the new Dunkin' Donuts opening in my area, I was so happy! I consider myself one of their best customers because I really like their coffee. However, at this new location, the service has been very rude. They need training on customer service and how to be as friendly as other Dunkin' locations. This is the third time I've been disappointed—on Thursday, April 3, at 5:40 PM. It wasn’t just me; I met another customer who was also disappointed.

The guy in drive thru is very rude. Last time I was there the girls told me I can buy the marshmallow cold foam in the canister since I love it so much. So I bought it. I came back to get a coffee and another can. He’s telling me they don’t do that and it’s illegal to do that. Like what ?!? Your employees offered it and sold it to me. I didn’t even know it was an option. Ridiculous. Won’t be back. Ever.
