Update: Changing my review. This Dunkin ALWAYS gives you less creamer than they’re supposed to. I ordered a medium coffee which is supposed to come with 3 creams and they only gave me 1. Next day I ordered a small coffee which is supposed to come with 2 creams and again they gave me 1 cream. So you’re getting less and paying more! The new hires are also rude too. I won’t be coming here again.
Original review: How this Dunkin doesn’t have a higher rating is beyond me. I’m highly critical of a bad Dunkin, and this is the only Dunkin in the area that doesn’t completely suck. Coffee is consistently good, food is consistently good and doesn’t taste freezer burnt and old (like the Dunkin down the street). They’ve only gotten my order wrong like 2 times out of hundreds of visits. Other Dunkin’s in the area get my order wrong nearly every time. The ladies who work here in the morning are the nicest, and their service is always great. They really go above and beyond to make you happy. Coffee never tastes burnt (like Five Forks Dunkin). Donuts are always great here. Don’t listen to other reviews saying the other Dunkin’s in the area are the best. Those people must have very low standards.

They are not serving ice cream here, its pudding. It was gross. Service was awful. She had a very heavy accent. So unfortunately I asked to repeat what she said but she kept getting angry. I walked out of there spending $45!!! I asked for a receipt and she said no receipt. I didn't want to argue with her. I just left and WILL NOT BE GOING HERE ANYMORE!!! And there donuts are the worst!! I ordered 6 barvarian creme, 3 had no cream!!!

Not only did they ignore me just because I was a younger customer (in my early twenties) but they had the audacity to acknowledge the older lady behind me who had just came in while avoiding eye contact with me. On top of all of this, they had me waiting for upwards of 10 minutes without ever taking my order before I just walked out. 0/10 will never be returning, they never fail to be rude.

Got multiple aspects of our order wrong. Left two things off the order and we had to go back and get them added. Once we actually got everything on the order they messed up the coffees, only put one pump of vanilla swirl in the XL vanilla coffee (supposed to be five) and forgot the chai in the vanilla chai.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to buy coffee at 12 AM since, I’m on my way to the hospital, only 1 car was in front of me. I ordered and this man started yelling at me. Terrible customer service. I can perfectly hear and do not need anyone to yell at me.

I just stopped by to order a small black coffee and a 2 scoop sundae using butter pecan ice cream. I got 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream with a mound of whipped cream, pushed to meet an appointment I left. And no receipt. However was charged for what I didn't get. SMH I won't be back.

The gentleman up front sold me the wrong items and then proceeded to tell me they did not have what I originally ordered. Food I received was also bland and doughnut tasted old.
