Place looks nice but staff was very unpleasant to potentially new customers. Was gonna try it out but was rudely spoken too so think I’ll go else where.

Fresca Trattoria is a gem of a neighborhood restaurant. I have been for dinner on a number of occasions in parties of 2 or 4, albeit never when they are unduly crowded, so I cannot comment on how that situation is handled. The space is open and very attractive. The sound level is quiet and conducive to conversations. The service has always been pleasant, personable, and attentive. I usually start with their house salad which is simply delicious; no other restaurant comes to mind where I rave about the house salad. The focaccia bread is to die for. For a main course I usually select one of their fish preparations, which vary from time to time. This evening I had the swordfish which was unique and delicious. For a reliably great meal in a lovely, quiet atmosphere, this restaurant has delivered on each of my visits.

Overall score is based on how long it took. It took well over 35 minutes to get my order, while there was only two other tables on the whole place. On a Wednesday night, I can understand it being slower due to low staff, but c'mon. I just spend over $50 on food and $18 on a glass of wine for none of to be spectacular. Especially the nothing special mashed potatoes that cost $7.

Our first visit, loved the food (and a great bottle of wine), will definitely be back. The duck breast and shrimp and artichoke linguine were perfect, the Caesar salad actually tasted of anchovies, and the Tiramisu 💕 Go, you won’t regret it!

The pasta and cocktails were not upto my expectations. Although would recommend the fish and Pizza.
The main reason for this rating is average food, slow service and mandatory 20% gratuity for group.

Everything about our experience here was incredible. Service (thank you Leah), food (beyond good), and atmosphere. Our expectations going in weren’t high (although the reviews were great), but right from when we walked in to when we left it all had us feeling more and more impressed. We had the bread basket, wine and a cocktail, the sweet potato gnocchi, the duck, the pistachio dessert, and coffee. Everything was special. This place was a gem and if we ever return to the area we will 100% be back for more. Actually, we may go back in a day for their brunch. Thank you for a great experience!

Came for dinner this past Friday to try the new menu. The stuffed lobster is amazing and the lobster pasta it comes with isn't skimpy on the lobster either. I've been here several times and each menu is better than the last.

This was our first visit. Casual Italian place. Amazingly slow on a Saturday evening. The service was prompt. The wine selection was amazing. The appetizers were nice, including a lactose free crab stuffed mushroom platter so everyone at the table was satisfied. The entrees were delicious, well portioned and plated with care. After dinner coffee and desserts made it a nice evening.

Atmosphere was great. Kind of like saying they have a good personality. Nothing great beyond the looks. We had a large party. Food came out a plate or two at a time and sometimes 20 min in between. No apologies, no mention of how slow it all was . My food was less than desirable and must have been sitting for a while . We were there from 11:45-2. The last person received their food around 1:30.

Absolutely delicious! Authentic Italian flavors, fresh ingredients, and a cozy atmosphere. We had the buffalo pizza, cavatelli chicken, Caesar salad and Fresca spritz. Great portion sizes and lots of flavor. Highly recommend!

This is truly a hidden gem! My partner and I dined here on a Monday night to celebrate his birthday. We had initially wanted to check this spot out for their Pasta Omakase; however, that’s only offered on select nights. We didn’t fret, so we still went to town on ordering a wide variety of items: stuffed mushrooms, the bread (omg SO GOOD!), the bucatini, a side of meatballs, and the soft shelled crab. Everything was DELICIOUS! We were in awe of how fresh the ingredients were and how well prepared all of the food was. Compliments to the chef! They also offered a wine special on Mondays for $30, to which we enjoyed a super tuscan. We even received a special message from the owner because what we initially wanted wasn’t available after making the drive over. It’s little touches like that that really shows how business owners go the extra mile. Definitely add this spot on your list next time you’re in the Stone Mountain area. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back!
