Gohan Buffet

Very few non fried options. They advertise both online and in restaurant sushi and crab legs but when asked they no longer offer either. Food was extremely salty and greasy. Very disappointing to spend 37 dollars on maybe 40 options of food that's all fried or crayfish.

So we were really expecting the other Gohan buffet in Duluth. We figured since they were the same name restaurant that they would be the same which is not the case. They had no crab legs and when we went they had no sushi out. We were very disappointed. Also the food quality was not great. The service I put 2 stars because you serve yourself (get your own drinks and food, etc.) they have a robot going around that you place your empty plates in. The atmosphere is nice, it is quite and relaxing. They also have a sign that says if any food is left on the plate there will be an upcharge of $10 and the sign says 120min. Time limit. Was very disappointed to say the least, at the Stone mountain location.

This used to be a good spot.But we went about a week ago, and the dishes were so limited. No sushi, alot of the normal dishes weren't out. Some of the soups weren't out. Now, we went at about 7pm. And I've gone at this time before and they had a full buffet. But for some reason, this particular night, it was as if they were not restocking the food once it ran out. And several of the dishes were missing. Of course, it's not like they were going to charge less either. It was the same price for no selection.Very very disappointing.

We loved the sushi, especially for the price, but they stopped serving sushi in mid-October and it's just not worth it anymore.

Let Me Tell You....
I so enjoyed my visit to Gohan's!!!!
My sister and I came, ate, and enjoyed the wonderful spread.
The seafood options were amazing and the robotic server was hilarious. I will definitely return again very soon and next time I'll bring my adult daughter and son to partake in another delicious outing at G*O*H*A*N*S !!!

Some comments are confusing the locations....the Stone Mountain location is VERY limited. They also charge $10 per person if you don't eat all your food and you can't take your drink to-go without paying an extra charge.... Food was decent but I can also think of at least 3 other buffets that are better and still reasonably priced.

I met someone from work here to eat lunch. I usually don’t eat at buffets. Mainly because if other people touching the serving utensils as well as possibly touching the food. When I pulled up, I was impressed from the start. The outside was clean and inviting. Upon entering, the cashier was super nice and explained how the buffet worked (paying, drinks, plates, etc.). The price was great ($15 for all you can eat and drink). They have salad, soups, fried rice, noodles, all kinds of seafood and chicken dishes. Deserts were good as well (not as fresh tasting so I gave the food part a 4 out of 5). And a fruit/jello bar, plus all kinds of rice milk drinks. I will definitely cone back.

The weekend buffet is 21.95$ with a very limited food selection. The website advertised crab legs, however the manager said they no longer offer them.
The place was clean and I did appreciate that.
The food was not good at all. It was the worst tasting chinese buffet I have ever experienced. The food lacked flavor and taste more like eating from a cafeteria than authentic chinese food. I do not recommend and would not come back based on the lack of food selection and the taste of the food.
I will add the staff was friendly. We spent about 97$ for our party of 5 (2 kids 3 adults) and was highly disappointed.

The environment unpleasant. There wasn’t enough variation of food. I understand it to be modern but there robot that came every 1 min and interrupted the meal.

I knew I should've turned around when I had to pay before even seeing the food. All those raving reviews LIED! The selection was scarce and old. They are serving fried swai and it's labeled tilapia. My daughter and I were so disappointed. Nothing was seasoned, the general tso chicken I tried had big pieces of fried batter. No chicken in it. The sushi display looked old and very badly picked over. 0/10 I do not recommend.

The selection and variety of was sub par compared to other locations and other AYCE buffets. The food was there was also mid. Only cool thing was the robot waiter.

Absolutely disgusting food. First off flies all over the food. The fried food not all the way cooked through. Bathrooms extremely dirty. Then if you get a plate and don’t like the food you get charged extra 10$ for “wasting food” I wouldn’t even feed this to my dogs. Only sauce for it to have “hibachi food” is soy sauce. Seafood out the window raw for frozen foods. Rest salad bar? Not even cut up lettuce ranch tasted old cheese and croutons stale as all get out and my fiance has food poisoning from this place!

Advertising Snow crab on Sundays and there was not a crab in sight.
They had Crawfish and shrimp and typical Asian buffet options. The food was okay, but we made the trip for the crab that was nonexistent
