Hardees is supposed to close at 9pm. This is the third time I've been in the drive through line between 8:40-8:50pm and the person working said their closed (Tonight's the third time) and her tone sounded as though she didn't want to be at work, and she was ready to go. Even if that's the case it isn't the customers problem. When I come during the day. Whoever is working at the drive thru is always asking me to pull forward and they will bring the order out. I'm assuming the drive thru is timed and theyre trying to cheat the clock? It's annoying. If you have time to take another person's order you should be able to get the previous persons out of the way.

Don't go please bad food bad service no one to supervise the people I was little worried if my food tampered by adding something else. I have ate Hardee's from the middle having great expectations but very very bad just don't go it looks so shady place to be a fast food. The chicken sandwich looked like it been through a lot I am sorry I couldn't take a picture I literally had to remove some burnt parts from the chicken it literally felt burned

Walk-in to the place you are looked at but not greeted. Seem they didnt have enough ppl because no one ever came to the register. The people didnt seem to want to be there and the establishment doesnt have enough ppl in there to run it. Just do us both a favor and close the place at this point. Fast food isnt fast anymore

It’s strange because I remember Karl’s JR tasting a lot better, Hardee’s is supposed to be the exact same thing but in the south, but idk, maybe it was just that specific restaurant
I love the burgers at this place. I prefer it compared to other better known ones. I have even ordered delivery to eat at home at family gatherings or when I feel like it. The place is clean and the attention of the places I have visited is good.

When you order a $6.69 combo (steak biscuit) and request a slice of cheese and a side of gravy and now you owe over 11$ there is just some slight price gauging going on. 4$ for that?! Really?! That is almost as much as the combo! Never again for me. I should have waited an hour and gotten a double cheeseburger and fries from Steak n Shake for $5.69. Def will not be back to Hardees for breakfast.

Went in today (11-9-24) around 1:30, got a number 3, waiting a suspiciously long time at the window considering the restaurant was empty, and got a burnt hamburger. Not even edible it just taste like char. Not even worth my time to fight traffic to go back up. Worst hardees location period
