I have been coming to this IHOP once or twice a month for over two years. The food is always good and I have to admit I have a favorite server (shout out to Sabrina!) who is friendly and always asked about my family. Today, I asked for a specific booth/table combination and they accommodated my request. I appreciate the manager, Jay, always is working alongside his staff! Edited to add Sunday afternoon it wasn't as busy as it was last Saturday.

WOW! My girlfriend and I went to this ihop in stone mountain today and got the best service thanks to our server Luis, he was on it! This was by far the best ihop I have ever been to. Very clean and delicious. My sever Luis was beyond amazing. He was very respectful and well mannered. This young man went above and beyond for me and my husband. We definitely we be returning and asking for Luis. Thanks Luis for making our dinning experience the best!!!!

I gave up on this location long before the pandemic even hit. The service was awful and so was the food. I took a chance on this location the other day because I had limited time, it was close, and I was praying it would be at least better than the Applebee's on the same street. DOMINICK C. Redeemed this location all by himself. The quality and speed of the service was exceptional and every single menu item he suggested turned out to be amazing!! He earned this store 3 returning customers! I Pray he is recognized by store leadership and rewarded handsomely $$$$$$$
The waiter literally looks like he wanted to fight me for a larger amount of tip, scary! My six year old still reminds me of it to this day. She was so scared from thw waiter's stare. The floor was dirt and it was dark inside. I dont know why i did not trun around and eat somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars, I would. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! We were seated and no one ever came back to the table to take our order. We waited 15 minutes and just left. There were 4 workers that we could see and they knew we were waiting. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Found hair in my food the “manager “ who was also the cook for the day HAILEY is yelling at the server telling her that she won’t make the food over because the eggs and 1 sausage was already eaten even though 3 out of four sausages are still there along with the French toast and pancake. Very unprofessional ask for the general manager he was there today! The server kept apologizing to us saying we normally don’t do this but she said she not making it over !

I walked in at 12:00pm it wasn’t packed. Barely people in there. I waited 30 minutes no one even took my drink order. A white couple walk in the immediately get seated and had their order taken. I went and said something now they want to take my drink order. After I order my drinks still was a 15 minute wait. I walked out. This white man sitting with his family said “you have a great day” I know he was trying to be smart but I ignore ignorance.
