We stopped at this location this morning after my daughter’s baptism thinking we could just all be together and eat. I wish I could give negative stats out waitress was polite and that’s about it my food came out after an hour just French toast after everyone was done eating. Everyone else’s meal was incomplete either missing pancakes or the meat and was lukewarm. When I asked for the manager they were too busy to be bothered except we went through all this and the place wasn’t even busy. Thank you so much for ruining our morning.

We were well taken care of by Sabrina. She knew the ins and outs of the menu and got us just what we were craving. She was friendly, efficient, and beyond helpful. My poblano omelette was creamy with a little heat. Finishing with some of those sweet pancakes, sure started my day out right. Thank you for our best memories passing through Stone Mountain

My husband I went to this ihop on a Saturday and I must say we met a young man by the name of Dominique (I think that’s how you spell it. I apologize if it’s not correct) This young man is very attentive and has a real strong work ethic. I want to thank him for an amazing service. Great job and keep up the great work.

DOMINICK is the man!!! Asking for him every time. Hospitality, attentiveness, always moving, always trying to please his guests, helping coworkers. I didn't have to ask for anything! His work ethic brought the whole experience to a higher level!!!

This place is a absolute dump. When I walked in food all over the floor. The lady who checked me escorted me to a very nasty table. I called over this guy and asked him can you please clean my table and he did. The food was horrible. I waited 30 mins, when my food arrived I was given someone's else's order not even related to what I ordered. Every one around me who came after me received their correct order expect me. I asked to speak to a Manager Jay, who couldn't give a dam. He was so unprofessional, and unfazed that I not only waited 30 mins, but received the wrong ordered. He only asked if the cooks finally got my order right SMH!. They made so many mistakes the Manager had no choice but to give me my breakfast for free. I won't be back to this horrible place. Customer service is the worst. I give this whole experience a -0.

The racket they called music was too loud to talk normally. Asked for omelet with onions and tomatoes. They did not mix the onions and tomatoes with the eggs which is an omelet. They just put a sprinkle of each on top. That was NOT what I asked for which gave the omelet a different taste.
I don't like the change over at this location the lobby use to be closed at a certain time and now they wanna stay open and one of the staff has no business working the register after i done gave him the correct amount of change he needs to go back to school.

True story, I haven’t eaten at this Ihop since the owner himself hand delivered my food to me at my front door. As I was so upset that I ordered twice in one morning. Both times, my food was all wrong! Well, I gave them another try this past Sunday morning about 5:30ish. Anika(I believe that’s her name), was amazing at placing my order over the phone. Also, very professional upon me entering the restaurant to pick my order up. My food was fresh, hot, and GOOD!! Every person on the shift was pleasant. Including the Chef who waved from the kitchen and said Good Morning to me. I can honestly say, I had a great experience this time. Great job Ihop team!! Whomever reads this review, go on in and give them a try. Jay has gotten this restaurant together and you can tell he takes care of them because of how they conduct with the customers. I will be returning 👍🏽

Whoever works morning shift 04/05/2025 there around 10am. The whole waiter/waitress crew and person at front desk “greeting” should be fired immediately! I usually don’t just advocate someone losing the job but that’s how bad IHOP on memorial has gotten. Actually don’t feel bad because one waitress told us “he got his CDLs” I guess implying he don’t need IHOP but he there ?? Lol this place is a comedy club. Oh and this is mainly because we notified that there were wasps in the area (mind you I and my 2yr old son are allergic) and Mr “CDL” and his auntie that prolly helped him get the job got attitudes, why idk? Stop hiring people that didn’t do nothing for the life to begin with !!!! Cuz if you had a CDL why you at IHOP. So I guess IHOP need to stop “hiring” over qualified people if they want better service. Terrible!!!!!! Couldn’t get pictures due to the hostility lmao 😂
