This specific Ihop had some issues but that doesn't mean others will be the same. We didn't receive the best service and the food wasn't cooked thoroughly.

Horrible. I have never experienced such an awful greet to a restaurant in my entire life. As every restaurant, you'd expect a "Hi, How are you? and how many are in your party," but no, instead we weren't greeted in with a smile. Instead, the host was out of uniform (You couldn't even tell if she worked there because she didnt say anything and just stared at us for an answer, like we're supposed to know what she wanted) She then shrugged her shoulders with an attitude. Not only was our greet into the restaurant horrible, just walking INTO IN THE FRONT ENTRANCE OUTSIDE was HORRIBLE. There was atleast 2-3 Employees smoking Marijuana outside on the front benches. Such a horrible atmosphere and service, I WOULDNT recommend coming here at all.

3/15-Today I eat in. Big mistake!! I anxiously wait to come to ihop. As you read below. What is delivered is always correct and hot. Today I decided I wanted to eat in. Big mistake...eggs weren't scrambled correctly, pancakes were flat and bacon sent back twice.DeliveredI did not eat in. I had breakfast delivered! Always delicious!

Well staffed for a Friday morning. Very little time to wait to be seated. Looks like the host station is open to all servers to grab their own patrons.
The food was good, our server was pleasant, atmosphere was clean and nice. Only problem I was the next day my card was charged a extra 8 dollars. Pay In cash.

For 6yrs I have been taking my special needs daughter to eat at this restaurant for her birthday and it was the joy of her day. Went there today was just horrible. My eggs had a clear piece of plastic embedded in it. The food look pretty, but was cold and tasteless. Upon contact with the manager, he was so disrespect and lackadaisical about the fact that my food had this piece of plastic in it. My daughter's was just heart broken. The food was horrible and cold. Worst restaurant I had ever dined at. Needless to say, won't be going back ever. Hi International house of pancakes!
