This KFC is soo unprofessional. A bunch of young adults that talk amongst customers about nonsense a lot of playing around, food is delayed customers waiting. They all need to be terminated

Very Quick Service and very perlite
I NEVER had a bad experience at this location. I move away 5 years ago and I come to this side because they are always fast and food is always great. Sorry that other people had a bad experience but this is my favorite location. I travel 35 mins to come and get my KFC fix. So to the crew here, thank you ! Keep up the great work.
Just pulled up at 11:40am. Its lunch time. Doors are locked. I can see 2 employees inside. I tap on the front door, to ask if they will be opening soon, but the person inside looks at right me and walks away.
Update: I drove one minute down the street to Popeyes, showed them the KFC coupon that I had, and they honored it.
Imma be honest I don’t understand why this place is only rated 2 stars inside the atmosphere was amazing because on one side it looks like you were in a kfc and the other side it looks like your at the beach the food I ordered was good but the only problem I had was the chicken I ordered felt like it was cooked one day prior

Went through the drive through and were told to pull around to the front door to wait. We waited outside for over 20min, came in to ask about it, and not only had they not even started our order, they had no idea what we had ordered. And it was NOT busy. When they had fixed it, they walked right past us still standing inside and tried to give our meal to 2 other cars outside.
This establishment has failed me I came here for a DoorDash order and waited over 45 mins for a DoorDash order with 2 items and they told me to wait in front no one ever came they was in there playing I proceeded to buy me something to eat through the drive through and order something because I was starving and they told me 4 min for the poppers and I waited another 25 /30 min to get my food a young man speaking another language came outside to speak with someone in a car and after his conversation goes inside and goes on his phone and pick up a broom or mop I’m very disappointed especially coming from fast food and being in the industry so long I expected more the lines were not long and there should be no excuse why it took so long

Back to one star. The slowest location ever. Like they fry each chicken seperate with a blow dryer. Good gawd.

This has to be the worst KFC in Atlanta...Real Talk! I've enjoyed KFC for over 40 years. I NEVER had such a horrible experience with a restaurant ON ALL LEVELS of Customer Service, Food Quality, Value/Cost, communication, and general satisfaction in my entire life. I've worked in food service management for years, so when I say this place is concerning it's an understatement. I mean look at the reviews prior to mine, this seems to be an ongoing issue with this store. I'm shocked that corporate PepsiCo who owns the logo for KFC would allow this to exist.
Yet here I am unfortunately, telling my story as well. I placed a 12pc dinner order of mixed original chicken with 3 sides. The GrubHub driver calls me from the store stating he is being told the order isn't ready after it had been placed a solid 30-45 min or more prior to his arrival. The driver states he is being told that the order is missing 4 of the original pieces that could be substituted for crispy instead if that's okay with me. I ok'd the adjustment thinking that the only difference would be a couple of crispy mixed chicken pieces received instead of all being original mixed pieces (3breasts 3thighs 3wings & 3legs). Once the order was delivered, I opened the bag to only see 2 crispy thighs that were dried out like they'd been sitting around so long that the crispy crust had crumbled off of them. The rest of the bucket was filled with original legs that were so over cooked some were literally black and uneatable. I wouldn't feed it to my dog let alone expect a paying customer to eat it. I immediately contacted the store and spoke with the manager who said his name was Kendal. His excuse was he wasn't in the store when the order was done, so there was nothing he could do and referred me to Grub hub for a refund. Grub hud apologized and declined to provide me a refund and referred me back to the store. As for reaching anyone at the store or KFC customer service willing to resolve the issue since my initial call, I have not even got an email from anyone on the management level after providing both my number and email.
NO acceptance, No accountability, No urgency to provide an acceptable resolution. Even after I told the KFC customer service number (800 225-5532), Grub Hub had refused to refund my money, because they are saying they only delivered the food, not prepare it. We'll to make a long story even longer. It's been over a week, and I have yet to get any response from KFC on why my $45 order that totaled $60 after Grubhub delivery fees, has not be re-delivered or money refunded. So, I've decided to be super detailed in this review to make a point to anyone who reads this review. Imagine you just spent $60 bucks just before the game to have KFC delivered and what you get handed to you turns out to be 10 uneatable legs and 2 dried out thighs in a bucket. What would you do? Oddly enough every time I have ever gone to this KFC, it's like the store is being run by people who have NO business being in the food service industry. That's saying a lot considering this is a fast food joint. I suspect it's a poorly run store because the workers are poorly trained under paid and the shift manager if there is one, is doing the work of 3 other people. While everyone else does just enough to get by to collect a check it seems. Yet even that is not an excuse for the level of quality I received from this store, which is unacceptable. This particular store on Memorial Dr. in Stone Mtn makes you wonder, if this level of incompetency exists all the way up to management, with no accountability for actions for NOT providing basic food service. What else are they not doing that actually is impacting customers health when eating food from that store?
They stole money I gave food back then I was not giving a refund on top of waiting 45 minutes for the food to be old I showed other customers they agreed all I wanted was a refund but was told to come when then manager is in I’ve been calling but no answer ever but I got time today The worst service I’ve ever received this place needs to be shut down and the workers evaluated and put on a list saying I’m mad would be a understatement close this place asap
