Yes, review is let customers know. Don’t go here. It’s obviously the manager or owner does not read these reviews or do not care.

We were in the other night. This is one of those KFC Long John Silver things and ordered some chicken fish combos and the chicken was all fried together stuck and when we asked for new stuff, the person working said. They did not have any more. I can’t believe that’s true at all.

The hush puppies were definitely old and chewy
The fish had a weird taste to it

The chicken was all sucked together
The sides were cold that we even had to ask for after the person took the order is the person who gave it to us. We had to ask for all of our shrimp twice. Had to ask for the gravy as he started giving us excuses why he didn’t. We definitely won’t be back.

They are the worse!!!! Seriously messed up my order three times!!! How is it so hard to get something so simple right??? It’s around 7 and they close at 10 and they don’t have no sense of urgency or care what they give out. Never again!!

The manager Ken refused to fill my paid order from Uber Eats unless I paid again. Obviously there’s some theft going on. His shady explanation and then ultimately refusing to talk to me said it all. He said I needed to cancel my Uber order and pay again. I asked him to cancel it since he’s the one whose refusing to fill the order and this clown said no.. Yeah… I’ll never go back. Won’t play with my money and after the attitude he displayed, I wouldn’t dare eat there.

They are using to much salt in the chicken batter my husband brought two chicken sandwiches out of there he ate his an I ate a piece of the side an It was too too salty he's on high blood pressure medicine an I'm not.I spit it out you don't have to use a lot of salt..That's not good.juststop using a lot of salt.

SHUT IT DOWN! 83 food rating, which means the staff isn’t taking care of what is in the back and kitchen. And there’s a clear lack of management and care for this location as a franchise.

I actually feel bad for the community and staff surrounding this location, because it’s miles before you can get DECENT, let alone good, “soul” food at a reasonable price but this will hold some people over…. But this location is an insult to all the KFC’s out there, & the long John silvers menu is even worse. Staff seems overwhelmed and under qualified or poorly trained. To prep and drop food in grease that will be fresh… isn’t rocket science, but seems to be a key component they’re missing. I blame the management and franchise owner, not the workers.

Worst KFC ever as far as service. Stood in line 10mins. While employees talked. Then went to the drive-thru. Order in 2mins. Pull to the window only to sit there 5mins. No one came to collect my money.

I am not surprised that this KFC has a 2.6 rating. Their customer service is subpar and their management is disgusting My husband wanted to stop here so I asked him to get me an order of the spicy wings. Ordinarily, I love spicy foods however these wings were ridiculously hot and I could only eat one. I went back in the store to ask if they could replace them with something else and the response I received was the most juvenile, unprofessional display of customer service I have ever seen. To begin, Namiyah has no business being at anybody's front counter. She had zero clue how to respond, laughed at my request and proceeded to consult and giggle with her co-worker. I was outraged. The other young lady with the purple hair is the only one who had the decency to engage me in conversation with any kind of respect. The manager (laughable) John was the worst. Not only did he not offer any kind of middle ground resolution, but he proceeded to disrespect my request by offering his personal opinion on the heat/spice level of the wings as if I was a: not within earshot and b: somehow stupid for ordering them. He was RUDE and I will be escalating this complaint as far as I can to ensure that you JOHN are reprimanded to the fullest consequence you can suffer!!! How dare you treat a customer with such disdain and without the decency to come to the counter yourself but hide behind your employee. I would have been more than willing to accept that you were unwilling to refund my money or replace the meal with something else had you been considerate but you made your choice. Now I will make mine.

I waited nearly an hour at this KFC for food that should’ve already been ready. They gave my order to someone else, and when I asked about a courtesy item like fries for the long wait, the cashier told me the manager wasn’t there. But I had just seen him come inside to help her with a customer, then go back out and sit in his car. I had to go outside to speak with him myself, and still got no apology or solution. The staff was unprofessional, and the service was terrible. Customers shouldn’t be left waiting close to an hour with no apology or accommodation. Poor service all around. On top of that, the restaurant had a strong, unpleasant smell that made the wait even worse.
