Got thru the drive thru fast.

I ordered online early on Saturday nothing special just a festive feast. Got there and my order was canceled (I did not cancel my order) so me and my daughter go in the store because it's not letting me reorder online. I order the exact same thing and it cost $10 more. I call BS! I pay and we eat and we all end up sick yesterday (Sunday). I do not recommend this place. And I really do not understand the $10 more for my same order that I didn't cancel.

A great manager is what really matters! We came during the dinner Rush, it was instructed to pull around to a parking space. The food took a little longer, so I went inside to inquire, and Mrs. Joann helped me a the food was amazing. I haven’t had KFC that good in years, but I really appreciate it. The fact of how accommodating she was when I came inside was what really made my night. Thank you.
Zero customer service the lady had a horrible attitude if you don’t have good communication skills or not a good person just don’t worst in a place where you have to help people but ya fire the lady that works in the drive thru I’ll never spend a dollar at this location

When I say this place has the worst service
The worst part is it’s the MANAGER with the funky attitude. She threw hot sauce and honey at me and if it wasn’t for this mad inside talking me down I would’ve mopped the sticky floor with her. EVERYTIME I come to this particular location it’s HER. She wouldn’t give me her name but her sweet employee said her name is Joanne Spencer . Corporate needs to do something about her. The reviews will get worse if they don’t find this lady’s replacement

The store Manger is very nasty to customers.She came all outside screaming at me.I thought I wasn't given my card back.Ok I found it,went back to apologize.She is nasty.I never said she stole my card.I'm a 68 year old lady,she was ruled.She doesn't have any y mangerllllll.customers service skills.She also discuss my business with my store Manger where I work.She went against company policy.She need to be fired.I will be talking with my Lawyers about her.I'm old.Store on Stone Mountain PKWY.

This is the second time I purchase food at this location and they shorted me chicken.I ordered a 16 piece family meal and recieved only 12.Very annoyed.

Waited 45 minutes for our food. The line got long so they made everyone park in the parking lot and the line to the drive thru still was wrapped around. Customer service ?. Never again!
I came through the drive thru at 10:55p and two employees were standing outside. I proceeded to the DT lane and no one answered the speaker. They’re closing your establishment early!
Had a lady in there with a blue shirt that just ignored me unless I had said hi to her. Service here is trash and food comes out late. Fix your employees attitudes
