Staff is never pleasant, everyone always seem to not want to be at work. Food taste greasy and undercooked and the chicken is slimy. Eww just close it down already.

Let the lady behind me steal my order! Friday I came here and got two 6 piece spicy wings and wedges and they told me there will be a wait and told me to pull around. The lady that was behind me parks in front of me ordering the same thing and had to wait. Ten minutes later, the worker looks confused and gave an order to the lady and the lady left. A few minutes later, the lady who took my order comes out and says did I order a spicy wings all flat I said no and we both realize the lady in front of me stole my order and got an extra 6 wings and wedges for free! She told me pull up at the drive thru and she will give me my food where I had to wait and got my second order, I received no apology or nothing!

Didn't want a complaint from the delivery customer but will getting one from me. Whoever was in drive thru tonight was RUDE and was rushing me. Like I can't juggle trying to call the customer and drive to the window, do you know how unsafe that is? Like seriously, be patient. If you're out of a certain item it should be handled on YOUR end, dont take it out on the driver and there time.

The restaurant's food is pretty good, and the inside was clean. Most everyone there was nice.
Then there is the manager. I thought she was joking with the way she was acting, or perhaps she was just some eccentric character, but she is genuinely nasty. Her manner was deadpan and rude, like someone gave her that restaurant and the people that work there for her to do with as she would.
She's very odd.

I asked the person at the counter for help to the items I needed. I could never get it across exactly what I wanted for each meal to him. I know I paid way too much because of the way he input my order. I didn't want drinks or apple pie bites but got them anyway (the guys behind me took the drink cups I didn't want). I wish KFC would reconfigure their menu so you could order exactly what you want your meal to look like. I have the same problem each time I go there.

I ordered the 12 piece family meal $40+ I get home the box is all thighs and 1 breast. Such a disappointment. If I had wanted all thighs they wouldn't have let me order it like that. If you didn't have enough chicken to fulfill my order then the manager at the window should've asked me if I mind waiting on fresh chicken. This is pitiful. And repetitive. Smh 7/1/25 between 7 or 8pm Called the store and no answer

This KFC has become a favorite for my 4 boys. The boys love the flowers on all of the tables and the kind ladies behind the counter. The bathrooms could use a little more attention but we do appreciate this location. In particular, Ms Crystal is a good leader and she always takes good care of her customers. Thank you KFC!
