NEVER come here!! Ordered two at drive thru, after 20 minutes, a black man ask me do not wait at drive thru window, pull over to door, but still no foods. another 20 minutes, finally got foods, but missing bunch things, looks like one order spit to two. So, every one, go else where.

The Long John Silver's KFC combo was a great option for a quick lunch. Having both chicken from LJS and the KFC menu options in one place was incredibly convenient, and both were very tasty. Definitely would recommend it!

They are very slow. In a way that doesn’t feel like it’s employees fault but maybe some kind of policy. It can take up to a half an hour to get your food. Food typically hot so I assume they’re making everything to order, not really fast.

I have always had an great experience at every Long John Silver's Restaurant that I've visited, well, today was very much different, I went inside the restaurant at 4:16 p.m and placed my order, 3 pieces of Fish and 6 Battered Shrimp, Yes, The Shrimp tasted as if it had been battered too long, and they had what tasted like a box of salt on it, The Fish was dried out , I was suppose to have three pieces of Fish, ( they gave me only two ) and I was suppose to have two orders of Fries ( they gave me one ) The Store appeared to be clean, But, When I went to get my drink there was a large amount of water on the floor and several water puddles, and someone could fall and hurt themselves, I went back to the Cashier and told him about the water, ( He said to me, ) I put a wet floor sign down! He showed no sign of worries, I told him that if someone slip up and fall in there, that wet floor sign will mean nothing, I don't live in that area, I did years ago and it was much better, this is the worst Long John's that I have ever been to and will never return to this one, although, I live in Alpharetta and don't get on that side very often, I had visited the others in different areas, but now every one of them are closed, and I believe this one will probably be the next. I will forever miss them.

Dietary restrictions: I believe someone felt that they were a real Chef and packed on the salt.

KFC Where do I start 🤔 well the food was garbage 🗑 òver cook and it look old just a waste of money 💰 it's safe to say I won't be coming back....

I went at one in the afternoon, the place was busy, but only because service was slow. There were plenty of employees, but they couldn't seem to be efficient or organized. People arrived to pick up online orders and those were not ready. I waited over thirty minutes, was only second in line when I got there, and because the staff were so, frazzled-stressed, I'm not sure the issue, there were ten waiting by the time I got my food, and at least two left before ordering. The food was great, I got from the Long John Silver's side. But the wait... was unreasonable. The bathrooms also have locks, you have to ask for the pin from the cashier, and they were messy.

This location has horrible customer service. I understand people are hard to deal with but fake it till you make it? I had a doordash order and one of the ladies looked absolutely confused and told me rudely “nothing shows on our screen so I don’t know” I called the customer and 15 minutes later, out of nowhere said they were starting on it. Also the lobby closes at 10 but it was 8 when I got there and it was closed. Maybe it’ll be better at another location. Just thought I’d share.

madness. Our first mistake was thinking the drive thru was in use. Went inside to find lots of impatient, angry customers and waited 10 min to place an order. 25 min later the food came out. Employees moving slower than molasses, especially considering it felt like the AC was out. The cashier tried to get someone to switch from fries to hush puppies because he didn't want to make fries--hilarious. One star for the hush puppies tho
