It's a fast food joint, so there's not a lot to say. We actually had KFC, which is connected to Long John Silver. The food was okay, except I must have received a day old biscuit. It was hard as hell. The service left a lot to be desired.

The fish that another customer had was cold and greasy and hard,
It took 22 minutes or trying to talk to the manager (who was behind the cook counter) and he wouldn't come out to talk
You could see that he had not hair netting despite very long dreads. Another woman and I were there with the same food and service concerns. after trying to talk to the manager for 22 minutes, I left-- my food was still not ready.

Out of fries??? The person at the counter lied first by saying he is the manager and then said the Colonel is the owner. Then he tried telling me if I wanted to cancel my order, I had to do it on the app. There were no options on the app to cancel because he marked my order completed before I arrived at the restaurant.

this place is not there to please the customer but give you a hard time when you complaint about your order they could care less about the fact that you spent your hard earned money. i will never go there again.
