First and last time… when I gave the plate back to cashier due to my plate had infant serving of cabbage.. that was sign get refund. Food was not fresh, no flavor/seasoning chicken hard, dry old with sauce throw on top as if fresh, rice dry no flavor, plantain burn up over cooked and cabbage over cooked salty!! Oxtail plate portion small not worth $27. Total purchase $45 please don’t waste your time in this place. Cook rushing to get off and throw plate together. Location Atlanta downtown

Every single time I come here brother someone isn’t at work to take my order their machines don’t work to take proper payment or they close before what’s advertised online. I came once before and was told to get change for a 50 dollar bill. Which was asinine and inconvenient. How do you run your business and you can’t exchange a 50 when I’m spending 20. Make it make sense. Going today tap machine doesn’t work get to the end of placing my order and then I’m informed the tap pay doesn’t work. Being that I’m in the food industry where 85% is customer service I don’t see how they’ve operated this long. Do better

I always get the jerk tofu and a veggie patty. I ordered mine extra spicy. My plate was perfect. It was juicy and delicious and came with veggies, cabbage and rice and peas. One of my fave places and I love that they have a veggie option.

First off let me start by saying I used to swear by this restaurant! They once had the best oxtails in my area that I knew of. Today I got them for the first time in a long time. I was hesitant bc of the Google reviews but had been craving them for weeks so I decided to order some via DoorDash. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST oxtail plate I ever had. The rice had a weird smell that tastes like it had been sitting out all day. I got sick after eating a few bites. I did not finish my plate and spent $32 plus my own gas money to get this food. Idk who changed the recipe or what’s going on but I’m HIGHLY UNSATISFIED. Oxtails had 0 seasoning and taste like it was out sitting in grease all day. Nothing about this $30 a** meal was fresh and that’s unacceptable. The cabbage wasn’t worth talking about either. I wouldn’t feed it to a dog if I had one.

Do not order here, placed an order on here from doordash. They canceled my order after making me wait 30 minutes. And after looking at their rating, I'm glad they did. You wasted my time but I got my refund!

they always forgetting something. meal comes with plantains, didn't get any. asked for seasoned rice, they gave me peas and rice instead. red snapper was dry AF!! Coca bread tasted like it was frozen then microwaved (crumbly, ate here bout a year ago, told myself it would be the last time.
so it was my fault that i gave them the benefit of doubt a year later. they must be making their money off the cocktails cause the food aint it!
im so bothered; it was delivered by DoorDash.. they refunded me $5 for the missing plantains.
never again tho. horrible cook! seems amateur.
