Very disappointed with this store. They gave my food to a DoorDash person and had no way of tracking it. Never got my food. Had to call them only for them to tell me they don’t know where my food is and don’t know what to tell me. I had them return my money and had to cook instead.If they had simply called me and said they were short staffed and if i wanted to pick it up or something i would have been less upset, but no contact and had me on hold for 15 minutes after i told them the issue is insane.

Do NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
I placed my order 40 minutes before closing time, only to be told that they canceled my order because they were already cleaning the kitchen! They never even called me to tell me it was canceled so my family waited for food that was never being prepared. How is this place still open?

I join their club location and received an email to get a free cheese bread as a thank you for joining. After I receive the email I called the location to place an order and redeem the coupon. The coupon in the email was not allowing me to print the page due to the fact that their server was down. After explaining this to a store for the employee who took my order and then a manager, I was told print off the actual coupon or I would not be able to redeem it. I offered to bring in my iPad and open the email so they can see the message that I was receiving. They stated again that I would have to print it because they needed an actual printed copy. In today’s world of technology why would my actual visual email not be excepted. I thought that it was really silly especially since the fact that their internet server was down is something that I have no control over, which means that I cannot redeem the coupon that they sent me. I have unsubscribed from their mailing list and will no longer be a patron of Marcos Puzza, at least at the Rockbridge, Stone Mountain location.

Marco’s was my go to for good pizza for a long time, the last few times I’ve ordered delivery from this location, the pizza was horrible. This last time, it looked as tho a slice of pizza was taken out from the pie. I can’t stress how disappointed I am with Marco’s. I will absolutely never order from there again. I’m sure losing one customer won’t matter but hopefully this review causes anyone else to choose a different pizza shop from here on out. These restaurants need to learn that the only reason they’re still in business is because we freaking choose to go or order from them.

Respect your store hours!! This is the second time I've tried to place an order on doordash and the dasher said the store was closed!

Lousy staff! I placed my order around 10:25, the order was supposed to be ready by 10:45, I didn’t realize that they closed at 11, I thought they closed later than that. I drive all the way up there and get there around 10:40 just to find the doors locked and some guy walks around the counter and signals that they’re closed. I get that it was a last minute order and had I known that I probably wouldn’t have placed the order that close to closing time, but still it was only one pizza and it would’ve been done 15 minutes before closing. Don’t say you close at a certain time when you close way before that time. The didn’t even call me to let me know that they canceled my order, before I drove up there, they just sent an email when I opted for text/phone update.

Food quality was the worse I’ve ever had from any pizza place. I intentionally chose Marco’s for their quality of fresh pizza and toppings over Pizza Hut or Dominoes. Tried to email customer support. I’m not fixing to sit on the phone all day calling customer service. I completed a survey and at the end it asked me did I notify the store of my dissatisfaction? What manager or associate, that works in a business, that deals with selling food to customers, would even sign off on this pizza? I shouldn’t have had to notify anybody bc this should never had made it past the counter!
