Went to pick up my order. The person making the pizzas had on a tan hoodie, no Apron. And was touching everything with the same gloves he was mkin pizzas with. The wht guy was also touching the pizzas without gloves on after wkin the register. The general mgr was standing right there while these health violations occurred.

Ramoi was cooking, preparing food, and assisting customers with great customer service! There were 2 more employees there, and one completely ignored us all until Ramoi stepped up to provide service! No one was even greeted!

I called and ordered a extra large, extra sauce and extra cheese and jalapeno pizza. Lorain took my order and she was awesome. I felt she was kind, professional and very helpful. Food arrive in about 30 minutes and was still piping hot. I thoroughly enjoyed it and was very pleased. Only thing I didn't receive was my cheese packets and chilli flakes but since I already added extra cheese and jalapenos I wasn't disappointed.

I waited 2 hours and 4 phone calls beside the driver left thr pizza on the porch chair. Customer service people laughted at me when I said the pizza was late it arrived at 8:45. Never again will I spend my money with a Marvo's.

I usually order online which makes things easier and lessens the chance of getting an incorrect order. Inside the location isn't great,some of the tables are being used to make new pizza boxes,and they ones that aren't haven't been cleaned of recently. It's definitely not a dine in type of place. But they always have deals and the pizza is better than domino's.
