The food here is amazing but the people working don't take their job serious at all. I called 6 times and they keep putting me on hold until I hang up. I live 4 minutes away and after showing up to the place is empty and the young lady at the counter just puts every call on hold because she doesn't want to answer because she think is to late for calls

We are done with this location after our experience last night. The last time I went to this location and placed a pick up order, the tip on my receipt was changed to be over 100% tip (from $3 to $30 for a pick up order) and I vowed I would never return. Last night I gave them another try because my kids and I do really like the Marco’s product. The promised delivery time was 6:20. The pizza arrived at 7 after saying on the way online for 40 minutes. We ordered a large cheese pizza, 15 count wings, and a medium bbq chicken pizza. We received someone else’s order entirely. 2 large specialty pizzas and a 10 count wing that was a different flavor than we ordered. I tried calling and sat on hold until they hung up on me twice, for over 20 minutes. My kids won’t eat anything but cheese pizza so I had to go to Little Caesar’s because they were so disappointed and I had promised them pizza for dinner. Absolutely horrid customer service at this location. If it’s a franchise the owners need to get involved.

I have had decent service in the past from this location; tonight is a different story. Took almost 2 hours and the pizza arrived cold. I think the driver is stacking tips with too many stops on the route. Ridiculous.

I was totally disrespected by a manager over the phone and a delivery driver. Had to contact the police to get my refund back because the manager over the phone said I wasn’t getting anything back he was cussing at me over the phone the delivery driver was arguing back in 4th with me. The workers was using nasty gloves making pizza after taking his coat off. Whatever happen to customers always right no matter what the only way getting my money back was threw the police officer. The manager seemed like he was coming back to the restaurant to do something to me. He was in a red jeep and was Rolling up him a blunt in his car upon my arrival but he took off in the car. The delivery driver seem like he was on something Else. I have video footage I will never come to this location Ever Again I never had to Go through so much disrespect at a pizza place omg. People you all have been warned

Been holding for 30 minutes, 2:30PM, 11/18/23. This is a real problem for this location. We normally pick up a small pizza, half pepperoni, have garden topping. I know good help is hard to find, but get the staffing issue fixed or close down. We have never gotten good service by telephone by this store. Close it down or answer the damn phone!
I ordered the honey hot pizza and it seems like they only put a splash, if any, because I don't taste any at all.

It was horrible!!! I placed my order on line for a 7pm pickup and had to wait when I arrived they did not make my order. I had to wait 45 minutes long to get my pizza. I spent over $40.00. The place was dirty, employees no hair nets, clothes dirty. Just a mess.

Love the pizza when you can get it. Wait time is always 40 min or better. Was told the wait time was 20 to 30 min after an hour they hadn't even started on my order. When I asked about a refund I was told I wouldn't get that till 2-3 days. I might as well wait the extra 30 for the pizzas. Asked if it could just be delivered since I have my child with me and was told yes but you'd be looking at possibly an even longer wait. Staff needs to be retrained. Should have gone ANY where but here.
