The most ridiculous worst service I’ve had in my entire life. I’m not the type of person who comments under reviews but after what I went through I had to. For one bad customer service soon as I walked in, second I came in with a mobile order which I was told they gave it out already. I thought that mobile order is to be verified through Phone or Any form of proof of payment. Waited almost 30 minutes for my order. I do not recommend anyone to get service here at this McDonald’s location because I promise you will be disappointed.

The worst customer service you ever received and make your order wrong. They don’t pick up the phone. You try to call them. You go back in there to give you nasty attitude and don’t wanna refund your money. Horrible customer service they would be shut down.

New management needed asap! Ask for icecream 3 weeks in a row. Employee said no icecream because machine is down. Why do you have all these advertised sundaes on the windows if it's never available. Employee texting and rolling her eyes because you asked for someone to take your order. Stood there till she finish texting then she walks up with an attitude. Employees cussing and joking with one another and the store was filthy. Finally I used better judgment and just walked out. These kids are the reason places are going out of business. People spend their hard earned money at least corporate should make sure their establishment is running its best. I guess the cameras in their don't work either...
