One of the worst McDonalds I’ve went to.. literally asked for 2 cheese burgers, 2 small fries, and 4 piece nugget and they couldn’t get that right. Very rude when I brought it to their attention that my order was messed up and demanded I went back through the line to get my order corrected. I just left and did not go back through the line.

I used the Kiosk to order my food. Service was efficient and courteous. 2 Snack wraps, fries and a drink. They custom made my fries with no salt. They walked my order to my table. I had excellent Customer Service. Thank you.

Everything I ordered was fresh. The staff was friendly and the manager was overwhelmed due to being short staffed, but he was still very nice to everyone. They were getting orders out in a timely matter even while being short staffed.

Review: This was honestly one of the worst McDonald’s orders I’ve received. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and was given a Coke shake instead — something I never even wanted. To make it worse, the shake was spilled all over the bag, soaking everything inside. It made a huge mess, and most of the food was ruined by the time it got here. For the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund and for this location to seriously work on order accuracy and proper packaging. This was careless and disappointing. I got off work late and it was my youngest brother’s birthday and all he wanted was a chocolate shake absolutely insane

I went to this McDonald’s today and was really disappointed with what I saw. The lady making the fries wasn’t wearing gloves, and nor was the lady making a drink for someone. Their hands were touching everything, which could easily make someone sick. That’s not okay, especially when they’re handling food for customers. This location really needs to make sure their employees wear gloves when preparing food, it’s about keeping everyone safe and healthy.

Worse experience ever McDonald’s very unprofessional, lack of urgency. Nobody here is friendly or like there job. This place is simply a pay check . After waiting 30 minutes for 1 happy meal it was cold and I ordered in drive through then told come inside to get meal . It took the manager 15 minutes to acknowledge the situation only for her to service my toddler hard cold chicken nuggets and hard fries. I’ve already filled a complaint with the feedback link. PLEASE DONT GO HERE !

They are the slowest location. I waited 30 minutes just to get my food. No one should have to wait in the drive-thru more than 5 minutes. You should have enough food prepared when you close off the lobby.
