Service ass, Atmosphere ass, Food mediocre. Never returning, Honestly worst experience ever at any fast food restaurant. Im writing this as soon as we left because it’s unbelievable! I placed my order at 1:47 and didn’t receive my food till 2:20. My sister and I placed my order via the drive-through today, once at the window even after paying, they didn’t know what my order was and sent me to the waiting parking spot #2. After waiting a fair 20mins, because we could tell they were backed up we went inside to pick up our food. The front was filled with customers waiting on their order and few waiting to place(and during our whole time inside none of them were acknowledged). When my sister asks to speak with a manager she was brushed off, after seeing the employee she addressed speaking with someone else she requested a manager again and he called her a “Blackie” when referring to her to his “manager ”. Then said guy approached, claiming to be the manager. He didn’t address the disrespectful employee or his statements. He ignored the interaction and with no apologies, or deescalation, he took our ticket and told us he’d get our food. This is the most unprofessional way I’ve seen situations handled. There was all African American employees, mostly African American customers(us included) and for that to be allowed and not reprimanded this business will never receive our business again nor would I ever suggest this place. I’m disgusted and definitely disappointed. If I could give a lower rating I would’ve.

My favorite thing about this place was the reaction I got for pulling up to the window in a school bus They were courteous and professional but with a nice sense of humor 😂 The food was hot and served relatively quickly

I had an exceptional experience at this McDonald’s thanks to Myshadi’s outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure our order was perfect, and her warm, friendly attitude made us feel truly valued. She even took the time to engage with our niece, making the visit extra special. It's rare to find employees who put in such effort to create a positive experience, and Myshadi absolutely did that. We are so grateful for her kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Myshadi, for making our day brighter!

So I love maybe 5 minutes from here so on a weekly basis we’re here at least twice. I came only for the crocs and the did not give me my croc. But I did get 2 fries because they were out of apples(no problem) all I want is my crib
