Orders are always wrong!!! We just ordered via Uber Eats. 1 Big Mac meal and 1 - 10 pc Nugget meal. Received nuggets, no fries, no drink, and the Big Mac didn't have meat patties, lol. How hard is it to read a screen and make food? Oh & the fries were cold and had an old after taste. How do fries taste old during 5pm rush hour?! Make it make sense š

You can tell the corporate office does not care about these reviews, and I wish I read them before I stopped in! The food was cold The staff was rude, and the place is dirty. And McDonaldās wonder why business is dropping

This location is the closest to my house and the most convenient for a quick cheap meal. Quality is what it is. Remember this is McDonaldās. Not the healthiest of choices but itās not like I eat it every week. Opted in to try the new tenders option they have and it was delicious and would definitely try again with the new chili style/Big Mac sauce variation they have. Mind you at this location there is high traffic of what seems to be homeless people on almost every occasion I have went in. Near the rear of the restaurant next to the Burger King they seemed to have set up in the parking lot area and hang out there and occasionally while your waiting for food will approach the car. Second, DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRUā¦. I recommend going inside. There have been several occasions where I have used the drive thru and either my food was old, I could taste it. Apparently my QP with cheese was made earlier. You can tell. Even the bread was hard, no over toasted but you can tell was sitting out for awhile. Iāve had my fair stint of fast food employment right out of school. If you know you knowā¦. lol. So order inside that way soon as they pass you your food you can check the quality and get it fixed on the spot. Also noticed my food is made better when they know Iām standing there, grabbing the bag and thereās a chance I could open it and be like nope, remake my fries or burger. Other than that the staff does the best the can in my opinion to give you a quality Mickey Dās visit

This location has consistently provided a disappointing experience. The Coke machine is almost always serving room-temperature drinksāCoca-Cola products require a 34ā36Ā°F machine to carbonate properly. Instead, you're served hot, flat Cokes. On top of that, the machine is often out of service entirely.
The atmosphere is uncomfortable. There are often individuals loitering, sleeping, and watching customers in a way that feels unsafe and inappropriate for a family-friendly restaurant. It's unacceptable that this is allowed to go unchecked.
Additionally, the presence of gnats is disgustingāit's hard to enjoy your food when insects are flying around your face. I even had one fly into my mouth.
Iāve made multiple complaints to management over time, yet nothing has changed. I will not return to this location, and I strongly discourage others from dining here until major improvements are made. Completely unacceptable for a McDonaldās standard.
Please address this immediately.

Terrible, the entire staff ignored me, and no matter how many times I called them, they ignored me and looked at their cell phones as if I didn't exist. Poor customer service. The place also smelled a lot like marijuana. They served me when I finally said I would cancel the order and they had the order there for more than 20 minutes and they hadn't given it to me, they ended up giving it to me with a bad face.
