Ms.Peggy was so sweet and kind. She brought our order out in the drive thru and waited for us to check our food to make sure it was all there (which it wasn't). That sweet woman went back and forth to make sure she made things right even though she was supposed to clock out for the day. This McDonald's operates like any other McDonald's, but if you have the the pleasure of being serviced by Ms.Peggy then consider yourself lucky because that will most likely be the best part of your visit at that location.

I’d like to bring to your attention that the McDonald’s address 919 N. Harrison rd is operating and staff are not able to wash their hands. I noticed a plumbing issue after needing to wash my hands and there’s no running water. When I asked for a cup to get water to wash my hands ,I was given attitude. The bathrooms are deplorable no soap just an open bottle no toilet paper literally the toilet paper dispenser is off the wall. Paper towel dispenser is open with no paper towel. No signs to say it’s out of order. And when brought to their attention, I believe the manager, a tall, skinny, dark skin male in a yellow shirt had the worse attitude.And you can’t even contact upper management because the email does not work. So you really can not notify anyone.

I redeemed 3000 points for a breakfast burrito and paid for chicken biscuits on the kiosk just for the cashier to tell me that they only had McMuffins available after I waited 20 minutes for them to call the police on an angry ex employee who refused to leave the property. So I asked if I could redeem for a lunch item and she told me no. I'm never coming here ever again. The man in the lobby was also spraying cleaner near peoples food. Smh

Asha who worked the night shift on 9/6/25 around 10:06 (she was working the drive through window) had AMAZING customer service! Super polite! No attitude like youd expect from mcdonalds, now at the 2nd drive thru windowc whoever that was definitely had attitude. We asked if there was sauce in the bag and didnt even get to finish the sentence before she cut us off and said “yea in the bag” then when we checked the bag for food she told us to move up if we were gonna check the food. No please or nothing. It was t so much what she said but HOW she said it. Only giving 5 stars cuz of Asha, Asha if you see this, girl loveeeeeeeee ! Your a vibe!

No matter what time you come to this store. You can NEVER get good service. They won't even try to take your order. It's always the kiosk. Then they are so RUDE as if you don't matter or you can go somewhere else.

Ordered a egg mcmuffin and two sausage biscuits at 938 in the motning, had a worker try to give me the wrong food with attitude, THEN come back and ask what we ordered twice. Its now 1017 of making this and still no food. Worst service ever

Stopped to get a breakfast meal. I also had to use the restroom it was locked. Another customer informed me that I needed someone to unlock the restroom door. I ask the McDonald’s worker if I can use the restroom. Before even speaking it’s no for the public. Didn’t ask if I ordered anything. So I informed her that I ordered food. She unlocked the door from behind the counter. I go into the restroom foul odor, no toilet paper holder in either stall. (It’s a good thing I carry tissue in my purse. The toilet flushes by itself and almost overflows on me. Good thing I moved away when I did. I wonder where is code enforcement. Food order was not right. We ordered meals at the kiosk no hash browns and no refund. We just left. Bad customer service. I don’t understand why people are giving bad customer service. A business is in business to make money. That being said a repeat customer is what any business should want to have at least I would if I was in business.

Most unprofessional McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, the employees don’t even take their job serious and they tell people “drive in only” but let a select few into the store at their own discretion. Won’t be coming back

Yesterday I placed an order on the app, arrived at this McDonald's drive-thru at 4:56. The young lady handed us our drinks and said to pull into drive thru pick up space number one. 5:33...still waiting. At this time they had other cars pulling in so all six drive through pick up spaces were filled, but I was the first one. Young man comes out with several orders for most of the people who were there after me. I rolled down the window and asked where is my order, and he asked me what the order was. He did have the Happy meal on his cart and handed that to us, but he did not have the rest of the order which was medium fries and a double cheeseburger meal. So he said he would be back. I advised that the double cheeseburger meal said only onion and pickles. 10 minutes later I decide to go inside to get my order and the young man is standing at the counter about to come out with my food. He handed me a bag with two small orders of fries and I advised it should be two medium orders of fries, and a double cheeseburger with onion and pickle, and this double cheeseburger had only ketchup on it. So then I have to stand there and wait for two medium orders of fries and a corrected double cheeseburger. So we're talking about almost an hour to get an order that was placed on the app. Ridiculous!

Giving two stars because the caramel frappe was good, otherwise it would be one star.

I can. It give this place any stars this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever encountered in my 35 years .. some nice people but really careless and bad management and you will wait 25 to 40 minutes
