it’s a joke that yall pick and choose for doordash when to give out MAC sauce and extra condiments. never picks up the phone. most of the time the orders wrong or shits missing. just coming from a past mcdonald’s employee, i would never. it’s really disappointing to see how terrible this corporate company has gotten.

Poor customer service, no one spoke to me until I asked about an order no apologies. I strongly would discourage any one from eating here

Look. Bad enough they live up to the typical expected negative McDonald's rep. But they're also located in DeKalb. So unfortunately the spirit of the business their is as low as the community it serves.

Plus we know McDonald's dont make gourmet food. Just glorified cardboard, that we all agree to eat. But at least I kept it sincere enough for you. So you get what you get when you shop here

I want to take a moment to recognize Brenna from McDonald’s for going above and beyond during my recent visit. I came in hoping to get the best value to feed five kids from my neighborhood who told me they were hungry and didn’t have any food at home. Brenna not only greeted me with kindness, but she took the time to patiently explain the menu, pointing out the best deals and helping me stretch every dollar to make sure these kids could eat a full meal.

Her compassion and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into a heartwarming experience. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares, and Brenna demonstrated that customer service is about more than transactions—it’s about people. Because of her, five kids went home with full stomachs and big smiles.

Thank you, Brenna, for showing such kindness and making a difference in our community! McDonald’s is lucky to have you.

I went to this McDonald's and they gave me 3 chicken burgers to take away. The bread was burnt and the lettuce was old. The people who work in the kitchen work without enthusiasm. They need to correct or change staff.

Staff not friendly at all.
