Staff not friendly at all.

The food was delicious, but the lady taking my order? Very rude. I mean, very rude, and my drinks weren't filled with how they are supposed to be. If you're going to work in the food industry, especially in the morning, have some human decency, dont be rude to the customers. Dont rip them off of their money by not giving them the right amount of the food or drinks, etc.

Ordered a head and it was ready for pickup when I got there! Very satisfied

Today's McDonald's is just not the McDonald's I used to know in the 2000s. Could it just be this location??

I love this mcdonald they are always friendly accurate and clean today I believe her name is jayla was absolutely amazing and my server was Kaitlyn she's an absolute angel both deserve raises ❤️

Only good food was fries. The hamburgers were dry and nasty

Excellent customer service and always cooks excellently. The best McDonald's locations out of all the ones I have gone to. Great job 👏.

Best McDonald's on the east side easily

Nasty Customer Service. This is one of the worst McDonald’s to go to in the area, save your time and go to a better location, as this one will have you standing waiting for over 10 minutes and will look you dead in the eye while doing it.

Ordered a McMuffin with regular bacon. Dude repeated back to me “regular bacon right”. Got home opened up the wrap and was met with a regular burger bun with ham/Canadian bacon, cheese and an egg with what I’m hoping was bits of egg shell in it. Also took too long in the drive thru with only two cars in it and one patron inside. The complaining reviews are not fibbing, I should have taken heed…

One of if not the slowest so called fast food location I’ve been too In a while. The order number says ready on the screen yet still waiting 10 minutes for a chicken nugget and happy meal is wild. Not everyone’s time is 15$ an hour some of us value it more and plan accordingly to do so why can’t yall do y’all’s part it’s really not that hard I use to do do fast food there’s not really an excuse other than poor management and or lazy shop workers. I’m sure this won’t do much but Do better please

This is the worse Mcdonalds you will visit. No matter the time or day
of the week you go it takes them forever to put an order together. Tonight I ordered thru the app and wanted curbside pick up to avoid the ridiculous line and waiting time. I got to the curbside spot and before I could even put the number in, the app marked my ordered as if already been picked up. I had to go inside to the counter. This people walked around you like if you don't even exist! It tooked them 10 minutes to just ask me about my order. And even after the app insisted that my order was ready for pick up, it was a lie! This lady put my order inside the bag in front of me. Unbelievable! I witnessed how they work and is soooo unorganized and lazy!
This ladies walked around with a cup of ice and it takes them forever. Then go back and grab napkins in slow motion!

I personally think the only kind and professional people there is the 3 guys that take your order in the drive thru.

Corporation needs to put this place in order. We the customers deserves better please!

They are very slow at giving your food and only give you napkins on request...you can't eat a Big Mac without napkins !
