I never have experienced something like this, there was a problem with the Kiosk machine and waited 10 minutes to place an order. Shermane was running around trying to charge her phone while i had to ask her 4 times if i could place an order. Jason yells places the order at the kiosk and i told them it would not let me pay for the meal. Then, he decides to curse me out and call me a dumbass infront of the manager. She did nothing. Worst experience ever. Will reach out to corporate

I stop almost every morning for breakfast at this McDonald's, today I decided I will never buy in any McDonald's ever again for the following reason, WORKERS ATTITUDE. The lady (this was 12/30/25 @9am) at the payment window is extremely rude and disrespectful, she always has a bad attitude, making unnecessary comments about my accent and always complaining I don't say the menu items correctly. McDonald's has lost all type of leadership when training their employees, I find lot of rude employees in all McDonald's around Atlanta Metro Area.

Order two double cheeseburger here and caught a stomache virus, had diarrhea for a week or so! Compare to Grayson McDonald’s you have to wait 15m for your food but Grayson 5m or less so you see the service . DoorDash drivers have to wait 15m or so for their food! They need to management and new employees!

Parents do better because yall just raising kids with no manners. If they don’t wanna work they should stay home. Attitudes is terrible and no type of customer service skills.

The place is a bit dirty and at the waiting 20 minutes to get the fillet of fish sandwich. Everything was called. There is no way that they cooked this order by no means and McDonald’s wonders why it’s going downhill. If you don’t care about your reputation of this location, just close it down
I went through the drive through and waited 20 minutes at the pick up window without anyone approaching me or telling me anything about a long wait time or being understaffed, when I went inside to ask what was going on I was met with a loud unapologetic manger who was mad that I got out of my car to ask about my what was going on and then she gave me a refund and refused to serve me. Absolutely horrible customer service never coming back here again and I advise anyone who is looking for a good experience to never eat here.

If the goal was to improve their existing chicken sandwich offering I think they succeeded. I got the spicy and was not thrilled with it, first bite I could taste the fish oil that it was fried in, they need to dedicate a fryer just for that or use new oil daily!
However, if their goal was to compete with CFA and Popeyes... not even close, and a sad attempt for a late entrant with the deepest pockets.

I've only used the drive thru but the service is always fast with clear instructions and the food is always hot and the fries are the most crisp I've had from a McDonald's. The best McDonald's I remember having.
