Metro Cafe Diner

The food and service are absolutely phenomenal. The food was fantastic and well worth the money. My wife and son had huge burgers and I had the fried catfish entree. Huge portion of fish with salad, vegetables and mashed potatoes. I will, without a second thought, stop in again anytime I am around Stone Mountain. I would probably drive out of my way to eat here again. Outstanding.

Chicken and waffles were amazing and my husband really enjoyed the country fried steak! We'll definitely visit again when we're in town. We're actually planning on ordering takeout for our flight back home to Maryland 😂 Mimosas were good too!

We stopped here after we left stone mountain and the cakes looked beautiful and my kids, mom, and grandma seemed to enjoy their meals but my son's eggs were cooked wrong so the server got mad because I guess she heard his order wrong and wrote down the wrong thing so we sent it back to get cooked correctly. I ordered some sort of lemon chicken soup and I took one bite but didn't like it so I didn't touch it again but after the incident with the eggs, the server didn't come back to the table so we had to ask another server for our check and check out with the other server, nobody checked on us or anything and our server was awful, I'm a server myself so I know when the 2 servers were standing by the bar talking crap about our table. If we ever come back, I guess we'll get a to go or something. Our server's name was Evelyn and she completely ruined our experience.

Metro has a big menu with plenty options. Food was good & the portions were big. I will b going bk 4 sure!!

Parking: I had got the gyro & baked pot & they had a bar also but is set up like a diner.

Calamari was great, food is excellent no matter what they get. Staff is friendly and attentive. Desserts look great but I was too full to do anything. It's a great place will go again.

Great tasting true diner food in an awesome cool cafe setting. Great Cheeseburgers, Fried Chicken Sandwiches, Club Sandwiches, Fries, Omelets, Pancakes, etc. and also amazing Cakes and Pies!! Classic and wonderful place to eat good food in a very cool, and friendly environment. Big Time! Plus, the waitresses and staff are super friendly. Recommended!

I don't know where to start with this place. The menu is extensive and not one this has let me down. Yal it's home style food, a bar, and homemade desserts. The staff is friendly and the manager is so polite. The tiramisu is crazy good. Omg the calamari is so good. They give you marinara with it but ask for the chipotle ranch and enjoy! Family friendly environment but you can still get a drink. ? The prices are cheap too. Hurry up before they figure out their worth!!!! 2 kids and 2 adults I paid 65 bucks and each kid got a beautiful dessert to go.
