This place is amazing. Seriously—you cannot tell the difference and everything I tasted was great. I am super particular about my sweets, because I prefer savory and I usually won’t touch bakery items, because they don’t taste right. This place HOWEVER is great. They give great samples so you can always try it first. Highly recommend.
This my go-to flour when i don't mix my own!!! And she is local!!!
I've tried at least 4 recipes with each of her three mixes and I think they are the best GF products I have tried yet. No gritty texture and very versatile.
