Yummy hibachi and sushi. A lot of food for what you pay. Honestly, the best hibachi place around that gives you your moneys worth. Gochisousama deshita! 🙏

During our meal water started dripping from the corner of the vent above the grill from the ceiling because it was raining outside. Our food was dripped on. No meals were comped, no recooking offered, no discounts. The hibachi chef commented how it happens at that grill every time it rains. I tried to speak to the manager about it and they wouldn’t talk to me. Over $100 for food dripped on by dirty ceiling water.

The food was good. The place look old and like it need an upgrade.
I went a little before closing, and we were the last ones in the building. I believe that may have caused some frustration on their end. But the chef was nice and friendly. It was my sons birthday.

The sushi was absolutely disgusting. Barely edible.

Just a good go to for sushi and more! Hibachi is good too, usually come for sushi, seaweed salad, miso soup etc.

First time visiting in a year. I have been frequent ing location 6 times a year, because of the food and service. They now break up a meal such as shrimp fried rice that is not charged as a meal. It is now itemized individual entry. 3 kids would boil down to almost $32.00, but in addition, a service charge is $16.95 just for walking in and sitting down. On top of that, they want a tip. When questioning the service charged, the waitress was rude and told me that it has always been a service charged. So if you don't want to pay over $100 for you and 3 kids , DON'T!!! ITS A RIP OFF. You be better off buying and making your own shrimp fried rice.

A nostalgic favorite… Nagano is a timeless restaurant. A fair amount of the staff has been there for as long as I can remember, I’ve been going there for about 20 years now. Their food is so good, staff is always friendly and the service is on par. You can’t go wrong with any of the hibachi dinners. Shrimp and scallops is my go-to.

Even after all of these years, the restaurant brings in a consistent crowd and still provides great food with that hole in the wall Georgia charm. It is time for an update in some areas of the restaurant as it’s dated as how I remember it as a kid but all in all, would highly recommend.

The food was fine. Nothing to write home about. The waitress was fine. The chef was nice. There was loud rap music playing. Something more to do with the Japanese theme would have been nice.

Food and service were actually great!!! Only reason for the 4 star is the environment is extremely out dated. However like I said the food and service really out weighed the environment
