Who ever The manger there on this day is very rude to my grandmother who is 67 ! & Wasn’t helpful at all . Just gonna blow his breath and click the phone over . What if i was crazy and came up there and threw pizza in your face ? Like You can’t be rude to people for no reason . Papa john’s need stop making them lil rude young kids mangers ! it’s not all them tho .

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered pizza from this Papa John’s location and what arrived looked like it had been dropped and shoved back into the box, completely mashed up, with the toppings sliding off and the crust folded over. I contacted the store immediately and management promised a refund, but it was never processed. I followed up multiple times and was given the runaround.

This is unacceptable customer service. If you value your money and your appetite, avoid this location and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other pizza places in the area that respect their customers and deliver quality food.

So far only had orders delivered from this Papa John's location, Every last one of the orders were done right and No issues/problems. (If any issues,etc. I will update this review.)

From the looks of it I guess the current management and workers at this location are doing alright I'll say since July 2025. Keep up the great work.

(If what a few people are saying in their reviews is true about certain workers not having disposable gloves on while prepping the food orders that should not be happening and That would be a health violation when workers are doing that with their bare hands. The management and supervisors who works in this location should not allow the workers to prepare the food/orders without the disposable gloves on.)

I am from Buffalo New York, these people can't make her and this Papa John no exception.

Like the first person on here said, I can make my own dam pizza or buy it from the store from and do better honey! 😘

Their Pizza has no sauce or cheese, and they only put three mushrooms on my pizza!

I guess there's a sauce mushroom and cheese shortage going on at Papa John! 😆

I just waited 10 minutes..NOBODY IN LINE JUST ME MYSELF AND I.. 5 employees. finally only to recieve my burnt pizza. Terrible customer service. Horrible pizza. Never will I support Papa John on Deshon again.!!

Negative 5 if u guys don't want to work until close then closed the damn store. I ordered one cheese pizza, one pepperoni pizza now I know I'm not tripping but I got one pizza delivered and this what it looked like! And closed. definitely disappointed we come here once a month we will be shopping elsewhere. No excuse food to high for y'all to be playing these games and did request refund thru door dash. I was very hungry and also very sad I didn't get my pizza .. The young black American male was working hard he was cleaning all by himself while his manager sit and played on the phone and was touching his shoes ... he asked his manager for help and he got up to help him he wasn't rude about it at all BUT ITS THE NOT WASHING YOUR HANDS FOR ME AND U ALREADY LOOKING NASTY NO NO NO NO THANK U ..( Friday night shift manager)

I was looking at the menu and had a question about the specialty pizza. The customer service rep/delivery driver working didn't answer and said nothing. He was in the back of the restaurant and on his phone. After a few minutes, I looked at the menu on my phone and said I was ready to order. I was standing there waiting to order, but he didn't say anything or come over to take our order. So, I left and got a good sandwich from Publix. I am never spending my money at this location again!

Mahamed The manager gave me his number and I said I don’t want it he cancelled my pizza order and refused to give me money back

Pizza was hot but extremely hard and dry. The worst pizza I’ve ever gotten from a chain honestly. Maybe just one off but I’m not gonna waste money and try this location again to see.
