Negative 5 if u guys don't want to work until close then closed the damn store. I ordered one cheese pizza, one pepperoni pizza now I know I'm not tripping but I got one pizza delivered and this what it looked like! And closed. definitely disappointed we come here once a month we will be shopping elsewhere. No excuse food to high for y'all to be playing these games and did request refund thru door dash. Do better that's crazy! Can't upload the pic, y'all lucky !

I was very hungry and also very sad I didn't get my pizza .. The young black American male was working hard he was cleaning all by himself while his manager sit and played on the phone and was touching his shoes ... he asked his manager for help and he got up to help him he wasn't rude about it at all BUT ITS THE NOT WASHING YOUR HANDS FOR ME AND U ALREADY LOOKING NASTY NO NO NO NO THANK U ..( Friday night shift manager)

I was looking at the menu and had a question about the specialty pizza. The customer service rep/delivery driver working didn't answer and said nothing. He was in the back of the restaurant and on his phone. After a few minutes, I looked at the menu on my phone and said I was ready to order. I was standing there waiting to order, but he didn't say anything or come over to take our order. So, I left and got a good sandwich from Publix. I am never spending my money at this location again!

Mahamed The manager gave me his number and I said I don’t want it he cancelled my pizza order and refused to give me money back

Pizza was hot but extremely hard and dry. The worst pizza I’ve ever gotten from a chain honestly. Maybe just one off but I’m not gonna waste money and try this location again to see.

Anybody that know me know I don’t play about food. How you going to bring some of my stuff and not all and soon as I call after waiting a hour you want me to wait longer when it’s 5 mins away if I wasn’t at work I would have gotten it.. this is why I should have kept my money to myself and never order that shit smh

Placed an order for pick up 8:09pm ready time. Arrived at 8:09. No one greeted or said anything when I walked in. Waiting for 5 mins. Someone finally came and asked for the order details. Was told it's not here and not ready. (Mind you, I saw and looked at my ready order when I walked in) I was left waiting again. A different person came up and handed me the pizza that was sitting there since I walked in at 8:09pm. I left at 8:17 pm....for a pizza that was ready. I should have just grabbed it, but we're not rude people. Didn't notice the 2 star rating. It makes sense. I would have ordered delivery if I wanted to wait for my pizza.

Just left there i didn't notice they was making pizza WITHOUT gloves until my husband pointed it out i asked for them to remake the pizza or give a refund the girl told me No & that its they policy that they do not have to wear gloves. I advise you to not order at this location

Sadly, some of the employees have gang affiliations. In relation to the food, the pizzas are partly without cheese and adequate sauce, so expect cheese-less and sauce-less pizza slices. The bone-in wings are not thoroughly coated with sauce BUT drizzled and were frozen. You may not get the dipping sauce you ordered, like I did for two large orders of wings. The wings are like the size of Zaxby's wings--too small and you get less than half in number for the larger size wings. The clerks who take the orders are not attentive to help customers remember condiments and napkins. Small place and currently this place has a health department grade of 81 (one of the reasons for deducted points was the lack of washing hands). The managers have better customer service than the underlings, including some of the drivers. The waiting time is decent, quite fast to me compared to the Pizza Hut nearby which also serves "cheese-less and sauce-less" pizzas with worse customer service. Honestly, from my experience, I prefer to bake my own pizzas and cook my own wings. Cleanliness is not a big deal. Employee Dustin at the register told me that heat kills the germs as I saw a female employee handle the breaded chicken used for the buffalo chicken pizza without gloves or a hair net. The male who prepared my buffalo chicken pizza did not add extra anything, and had the nerve to ask was anything wrong. So, on 4/8/2018, that was my last visit to this store. I've had much better experiences cooking my own pizzas.

There were long strands of blonde hair baked into the pizza served to my family today. I AM DISGUSTED!! Eat elsewhere if you value cleanliness and your health!
