I've only ordered food from this pizza hut 3 or 4 times and they still have yet to get my order right, paid extra for toppings I never got. Do not recommend this pizza hut, they do not care about attention to detail. I can't imagine what the back of house looks like.

I placed my order online at 545p and the website said my food would be ready around 628p I arrived at 625p and was told that my order wasn't ready yet. I sat and waited and waited until about 710p when I was told they had to remake my pizza because there was cheese on it so I waited then was told I had to wait on wings at this point it was 720p I told them to just refund my money it was a horrible experience for my first time being there and seeing people get their order that had just been placed before me really was not good so I won't visit this location again I'll just spend my money with dominos.

If you value your time stay tf away from this bs establishment. Placed order at 7:53 supposed to be ready at 8:08 pm. (Cool) pull up and the place is empty. Yet they made us wait almost an Hour!!! For a pepperoni pizza! Ignorant staff and place reeks of weed.

This is the fifth time me and my fiancé have come to this location and the second time leaving a complaint. Do not spend money at this location. The employees customer service is terrible. The pizza has been burnt the past 4 times we’ve come here. We asked them to remake our pizza because of this and were met with attitude. We asked the cashier to change her gloves and remake the wings she had given us because she was constantly rubbing behind her ears and all over her face while handling food. I’ll be leaving a review on every public site including the Better Business Bureau tonight.

I just want to think the lady that I talked to on the phone about my pizza that wasn’t delivered on time and DoorDash had my pizza. She rectified the situation, made me a hot pizza and it was delivered within a 20 minute timeframe. That’s perfect Customer Service to me keep up the good work. I wish I could remember her name. She Was definitely helpful and make sure that we got our food, hot and fresh in a timely fashion thank you

Waited 30 minutes for a door dash order in store after asking about the order at check in and after 5 orders that came after mine were handed out I was told I’m waiting on cheese stick this is terrible. After pizza hut requested the pickup.

Waited an hour after ordering though the email said 30 minutes after ordering, it would arrive. Then it shows up missing my wings. The driver said call and he'll bring it back, but I cant get anyone on the line!
