For it to be overwhelmingly busy they handled it very well. My food was hot and fresh. I’m guessing a lot of people were using the Tmobile Tuesday deal.

I wish that I had my phone on me while walking into this store. I walked in and was not greeted. I stood for 5 minutes while someone ignored me and kept cooking. An employee came out of the bathroom and I had asked if she had change for a $20 bill and she said yes and that she would be right with me. From there, she began to touch all of the freshly made food WITH NO GLOVES ON!!! She finally came to the register and said that I needed to buy a drink to get change. She never told me this prior to waiting while she put her hands all over others food. She looked extremely unprofessional with her underwear hanging out and had headphones in while working. If she had told me from the beginning that I needed to make a purchase, then I wouldn't have wasted my time standing there being ignored by both employees. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR ALL AROUND.

I won’t give a star to this store at all, it’s the worst store ever. No employees are cooperative and so rude. Every time I come here for doordash orders they make me wait from 30-50 mins every single time. And make the order ready even before the order is even in the oven. Is this how a customer should be treated when they are spending almost $45 every time they order pizza.

Pizza is always fresh and very hot! My kids love the wings. The wait time can be a little long sometimes, however it's probably because they're always pretty busy when I go

Warning. If you order from this place except a horrible experience. I order and paid for additional dipping cups. And did not get them. Then was told they don't carry the dipping sauce ranch which is on the web site. After receiving the first order. It was wrong. I ultimately cancel the complete order.Requesting a full refund which I was told I would get. The call center is extremely unhelpful. r because they can't do something, they put you on, hold for an excessive amount of time. The call center answers the phone. Hello, versus Pizza Hut? How can I help you? You never know if you're actually calling the call center or the store. I was put on hold for an extensive amount of time Waiting for a supervisor because the representative didn't have things the ability to do certain things or see certain things. So of course you go to the next person who should see those things. But anyway, this was a horrible experience, and i'm, uh, contemplating not ordering from pizza hut or any delivery service for that matter, because service isn't cared by people anymore in this day and age

Stopped in rather early (approx: 10:15a) for a personal pan pizza this morning @ the St. Mtn location on Memorial Dr.
As I walked in I could barely see someone working in back from a distance….upon seeing me, Sabrina greeted me with a warm smile & accommodating disposition. I am writing this review because immediately after walking in it was very apparent how clean & organized the facility was. Not only was it spotless …..… but it also felt clean and had a pleasant aroma. Sabrina’s service was very welcoming & appreciated‼️‼️‼️😊
