First off I ordered honey bbq wings and this is what I got, just chicken nuggets. And idk what this is in the pic. They weren’t cooked fully and had this blood gristle inside.Second, the order was late.Third, pizza was cold.I called the store and they didn’t answer after multiple attempts. I reached out to customer service and was told I have to wait 3 business days to speak to someone in upper management for a refund.Worst experience ever!

We were disappointed--in part with the chain and in part with service. Hand-tossed crust not chewy or fresh; wings only okay. Order was listed as ready in app, but we waited 30 minutes on wings and had to ask to have pizza put back in warming oven. Staff was friendly. Good sanitation score posted.

I placed an order last night and it was the absolute worst!! I understand that with delivery food the my food will not be pipping hot. My food was cold to touch. It’s as though they just pulled it out of the freezer and let it sit. My cheese was not melted. The dough was not cooked at all. Would not recommend this location. And the did not give me my marinara or dressing for the wings!

Dry and thin it’s thin as paper and let me tell you it is dry like the SaharaDesert and it’s so hard that it broke my friend braked. Also if you want to get a positive attitude DONT go HERE a worker was complaining for doing the dishes like that’s not her job and responsibility.

We had ordered a pizza through Uber eats and Uber eats cancelled the order on us with no explanation. We called Pizza Hut and the manager was so helpful. She reordered our food right away, , so we could pick it up. Thank you!
I placed an order for more of $100 and it took more than 2 hrs to deliver and when it shows up food was cold already I even put a tip for the delivery never again I’m really disappointed because I call the store two times and both of those calls they put me on hold for more then 20 minutes.

I ordered delivery of one pepperoni pizza and one veggie lovers pizza and cheesy bread. All the food came out perfect and was still warm when it was delivered. Everything tasted delicious and just the way we wanted it. Our delivery driver was very sweet too. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
I decided to have a Pizza delivered which is something I rarely do. I make my order online only to have them NEVER DELIVER IT. I try to call the number provided to me and they cut me off, saying the order "never went through." I actually had to go down there to get a refund.
