Planet Smoothie

I went in to purchase bowls for my son and I, but they were out of the granola needed for the bowl. Instead, the cashier made a recommendation for a “similar product,” without granola. Unbeknownst to us, they were smoothies (not listed under smoothies). After I inquired, the cashier then stated “you read the menu” in a rude way, without offering to fix it. The service is usually good at this location, but today was below the usual standard.

It looks as if someone attempted to break in as wood is covering one of the windows. I got a Chocolate Elvis there today and it tasted like peanut butter with a bit of water mixed in. I'm glad my rewards kicked in and I only paid three dollars for it. I am assuming the young miss did not put enough ice in the smoothie. It wasn't cold, but it was like a thick paste. I threw it away as I was unable to drink it. Hopefully she gets better.

I recently visited Planet Smoothie and had the pleasure of being served by Madi. She went above and beyond to make my experience fantastic! Madi was not only quick and efficient, but she also had a warm, friendly energy that instantly brightened my day. She patiently helped me choose the perfect smoothie, offering great suggestions and making sure it met all my preferences. It’s clear that Madi truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Thanks to her exceptional service, I’ll definitely be coming back – she’s a true gem!

I have been severely sick for a few days and I finally had an appetite for a smoothie. My friend went in to buy it so I am not sure who the server was, but man it was perfect. I feel a little better it was around 5 on Friday April 26. Thank you and I will definitely be back.

Some of the nicest employees I've ever seen, not just one or two of them. All of them no matter what time. I go here often and they are always friendly and helpful. The place is spotless, if you order online they keep it cold for you in the freezer. Kudos to the manager for training good staff

I visited this amazing location at 1227 Rockbridge Rd, with my family, and trust me the services was superb, the staff was super friendly, the choices of flavors were great, the store in spotless! We ended up returning two days in a row as my wife and daughter are hooked, and I must confess, I am too!!!If you are in the area, please stop by and check it out for yourself, I promise you, it will be worth it!

Since the rewards program changed, I rarely visit this location. However, during my recent visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Jaida, who delivered excellent customer service. We chatted briefly after she made my smoothie, as the store was empty. This location has convenient parking, this store maintains cleanliness and offers a military discount with valid ID.
