Smoothies and fruit bowls are affordable here. Staff members seem to change every time I’m in. Also really disappointing that they are cashless, it’s been like that for a year or so. It’s just isn’t a very friendly place to go and spend money. My last experience just wasn’t pleasant.

The two ladies that work there are awesome! We come in often (latest was 9/25 4:00) and we always see them. They are go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you ladies!!!

I was so disappointed today. None of the blenders were working. As soon as I entered the store, I could smell fumes like something had been burnt. It was the blenders!!! I drove 30 minutes just to come to this location because the young ladies that work in there are so nice and make some of the best smoothies. I hope this is fixed soon.

I think they need to expand their menu and change it up. They don’t have no topical smoothies and it’s the summer. Besides their menu, the employees were attentive, helpful and pleasant.

i always have an amazing experience here but the only thing im not okay with is how they have those hard working employees with no working ac.. Owners need to get that fixed ive been coming in for the past 2 weeks and its hotter inside that store than it is outside!

Generally, my experience for this location is top notch for cleanliness to wonderful quality of the smoothies and staff. Today, there was an odor throughout the store. Lovely young lady on duty was apologetic and explained it was the drain and not the smoothie products. Please correct it with neutralizing odor products until the drain is serviced. Missed out on my smoothie today because I could not take the horrible stench in the air.

The place was really clean and spacious. The service was excellent, good conversation and there was an ease of ordering without any issues. The smoothies we ordered were delightful and refreshing. The strawberry colada and mango passion were delicious!

I went in to purchase bowls for my son and I, but they were out of the granola needed for the bowl. Instead, the cashier made a recommendation for a “similar product,” without granola. Unbeknownst to us, they were smoothies (not listed under smoothies). After I inquired, the cashier then stated “you read the menu” in a rude way, without offering to fix it. The service is usually good at this location, but today was below the usual standard.

It looks as if someone attempted to break in as wood is covering one of the windows. I got a Chocolate Elvis there today and it tasted like peanut butter with a bit of water mixed in. I'm glad my rewards kicked in and I only paid three dollars for it. I am assuming the young miss did not put enough ice in the smoothie. It wasn't cold, but it was like a thick paste. I threw it away as I was unable to drink it. Hopefully she gets better.

I recently visited Planet Smoothie and had the pleasure of being served by Madi. She went above and beyond to make my experience fantastic! Madi was not only quick and efficient, but she also had a warm, friendly energy that instantly brightened my day. She patiently helped me choose the perfect smoothie, offering great suggestions and making sure it met all my preferences. It’s clear that Madi truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Thanks to her exceptional service, I’ll definitely be coming back – she’s a true gem!

I have been severely sick for a few days and I finally had an appetite for a smoothie. My friend went in to buy it so I am not sure who the server was, but man it was perfect. I feel a little better it was around 5 on Friday April 26. Thank you and I will definitely be back.

Some of the nicest employees I've ever seen, not just one or two of them. All of them no matter what time. I go here often and they are always friendly and helpful. The place is spotless, if you order online they keep it cold for you in the freezer. Kudos to the manager for training good staff
