A very friendly people with good custome service

Stopped in around 6:45 on a Sunday evening and went through the drive thru. I ordered a 14 piece and got home with a 10 piece. I should NOT have to count the chicken while sitting in my car in the drive thru! I tried to call them to see how they would like to handle this and they kept letting the phone ring through to a busy signal. Mind you, when I left 15 mins ago there were no other cars in the lot, so they can’t be super busy. They’re just being lazy. How hard is it to count to 14?! And to top it off, they didn’t give me a receipt, so if I drive all the way back over there, how do I prove the discrepancy? Just ridiculous.

My experience at this location was excellent. The chicken was served hot and perfectly crispy. I was greeted with a warm welcome, and my order was prepared promptly. Additionally, the restaurant was exceptionally clean, a quality that is not always common and certainly appreciated.

It was okay, but make sure you check your bag…they will definitely forget something. For example, I walk in today and pay for a 3 piece and then get a 2 piece. Then when I ask about it, the looks of confusion render. Seems like they’ll short you so maybe they can have a snack on your dime. Buyer beware.

went there waited in the drive through for 15 whole mins and they finally took the order and went to the front and they tell us they have no sandwiches?! close the store at that rate so many people waiting in line.

We ordered sandwiches online for pickup, but things went downhill from there. When our employee arrived at the restaurant, he had to wait 10 minutes in line while the cashier was busy helping other customers and serving tables. Finally, he got the chance to ask for our order, but instead of handing over the food, the cashier just gave him a receipt with an order number and said they didn’t have the sandwiches we ordered—so we’d need to cancel.

Trying to reach customer service was a nightmare. There wasn’t a direct contact number; instead, we had to text, and then they started emailing back and forth, asking the same questions over and over. An AI-generated “Jessica” kept replying, but it got us nowhere. After three hours, we were left without food, wasted time, and $21.56 charged to our account with no refund.

After two days, the charge was still there. Frustrated, I went to the restaurant, asking if they could at least give us the sandwiches since we hadn’t gotten our money back. They didn’t seem to care and told me I’d need to speak to a supervisor. I waited for another five minutes, but no one showed up
