I have went to this restaurant 2 times after work between the hours of 12 and 3. Both times the customer service was great. I was greeted by the cashier and manager on duty. My food was good as well. I ordered family dinners both times.

Manager KEN is very rude and unprofessional. He isn't understanding at all and I will never eat here again. Usually Popeyes have some kind people working but he was just awful. Spend your money elsewhere.

Fantastic! We stopped here on our trip and the place was clean and the food amazing. I would recommend to corporate that they better define the place where you stand in line to place the order and add kiosks for self ordering. The manager was very attentive and checked in on the guests to make sure they were happy with everything. If the Popeyes next to our house is this good and they will gain new customers for life.Kid-friendliness: This would be my biggest criticism about the chain they need to offer kid size portions and tenders or nuggets that are not spicy since she thought the original was still to spicy.

Service was bad..I wanted to go in and get food to go.. the manager stated that we are short of stuff so go thur the drive thur...go to window and get treated very rude. All popeyes have terrible service,but this location has lazy people that don't want to work. Lady mad mug at drive thru and ignored me even when I honked horn couldnt go inside bc only drive thru open so just wanted to as a simple question about fish sandwich bc my 1st time asking for that item. Glad another black young lady came to window and had courage to solve and ask what I needed. Other lady must of been overwhelmed bc they started getting a line at the drive thru. Chamblee tucker location is they same rude moody people working. Popeyes needs to do something about employees and hire people that want to work and pay better so customers may get better service.

Hats off to the manager on mountain ind..she saw one of her employees wiping his lips. she asked him to go wash his hands. she asked him to never do that in front of the customers. The food and the atmosphere was great.
The light skin, bald head manager with them stank golds in his mouth needs to be fired , he disrespected several patrons tonight telling them if they can’t wait for chicken to leave and go home and cook. We do not want to shop at businesses that allows a person like this to talk to their customers this

I ordered my food thru the popeyes app for my kids. I ordered wings and it didn't have an option where I saw you can pick sauce on your wings as I use my points to order and there was not a drop down menu for the sauces until I went back on the popeyes website and tried to order regularly. Even if I were to order the sauce, the wings were not tossed in the sauce. It had drops of sauce on certain spots of the chicken. The fries were (mid)level as the youngings would say. The only thing my daughter likes from the order was the biscuits. She ordered a frozen strawberry ? Lemonade and got a greenish looking colored drink. When I looked that the menu, they do not have a greenish colored drink which is really concerning. Whats really going on? I hate when you order something for delivery and not get what you ordered. I don't eat from popeyes so I am disappointed that my daughter was looking forward to her food and it wasn't up to her expectations. They are use to home cook meals. This is the reason, I barely order out. Home-cooked meals be way better than what these ppl serving nowadays.
