If you come go through drive through. Lots of drama on the store and they delete orders off screen to appear faster internally. Waited 10 min came up and asked about food told it's coming. Waited 5 more. Then asked Because bunch of people got food. Turned out order deleted. They had multiple opportunities to fix the situation but just didn't. Sit in that drive through line and you get prompt service it seems

Update: owner responded below but doesn't even take into account the most serious violation of orders being deleted from their system and not waiting till you hand it to a customer. Everybody's fine with waiting. Waiting isn't the issue. But me waiting would have just resulted in me taking longer to get nothing.

My husband bought Popeyes yesterday it was The only thing that we ate All 3 of us are deeply sick and I think this is food poisoning! My husband nor son never get sick so I start researching and upon looking at the reviews other people are experiencing the same symptoms! This is not ok! This absolutely should be investigated and if you feel the same way please say something. This needs to be looked into! We can’t even get up we gonna stay away from yall for a while!

I visited this Popeyes location today and was extremely disappointed by what I witnessed. One of the front-line employees preparing and packing food was coughing directly into her hands and continued handling customers’ food without wearing gloves or washing her hands afterward.

This created an unsanitary and concerning environment that caused me, along with several other customers, to leave the establishment without ordering. Food safety and hygiene should be a top priority at any restaurant, and what I observed was unacceptable.

First and last time coming to the Popeyes. Ordered the Flounder fish sandwichi via the drive thru and was told even though it's still on the menu it is no longer being carried (and employee is not sure when it will be removed from the menu). When grabbing my card and receipt back from the employee at the drive thru window she dropped my card and receipt on the ground, and I received no apology. Horrible customer service. While pregnant I had to get out of my car and crouch down by my back tire to pickup my card off the ground. Then I was told to pull up and wait for my food.
