The looks of it does not make the food justice. This is by far the BEST Mexican food I have had in my life! I recommend you try it and I am sure you are going to LOVE IT! The Tortilla Soup is absolutely delicious! Really from the chips to the meal I give it 5 Stars!

Been eating here for years! The best Mexican around. We come here atleast twice a month. Always fresh and fast food. Margaritas are strong and delicious. My favorites are taco and the abc. An ABC is every you could ever want on one plate you can choose one or two burritos (chicken and beef are both wonderful) covered in cheese dip, topped with shredded lettuce, guacamole, sour cream and the freshest most beautiful slice of tomato!

My husband and I stopped here after stressful drive in ATL rush hour traffic. The service was great! The food was also wonderful. My mouth is still tingling from their chip salsa that was soo good!! Definitely recommend this restaurant! Taste buds really enjoyed the food!

I love El Torero. I grew up going to the one in Lilburn. Happy to find one in Roswell. I recommend the speedy Gonzalez - enchilada, hard shell beef taco, and rice. The service is fast.

Great food and great prices. We tried the fajita special nachos last week and they were outstanding. I had the sour cream and guacamole on the side. Plenty of chicken. They are still honoring Covid precautions.

I have to start by saying WOW!!!! The level of Customer Service at this establishment is absolutely amazing. I'm talking superior quality! I will be back because of the level of service alone. Upon arriving, I was advised to sit anywhere. The ambiance is very casual. Perfect for a bite after running errands or even just to enjoy a good meal outside of the house and not have to get dressed dressed... Upon being seated the waitress brought over some waters and took our drink orders. I decided on the Lime Margarita pitcher and babeeeeeeeeee, it is amazing. The Food: The menu is hugeeeeeeeee. I was so excited to see so many options. LOL. I think I spent about 15 minutes going over everything.... I ended up with the Steak Fajitas and as you can see from the picture, it is an absolute real deal meal. The meat was so tender and seasoned. The rice was authentic and paired well with the retried beans. The Guacamole was out of this world amazing. I'm talking fresh, made to order, from the bowl to the table type of amazing. The Service: What makes this experience so amazing is that the entire staff worked as a TEAM. Not only did our waiter check on us, but the hostess made a round and checked on everyone, the busser came around and asked if we were okay, honestly, anyone who was staff and walked by made sure we were okay. It wasn't intrusive nor was it too much, it was perfect. It made me smile to know that genuine service does still exist. Overall: You must go. If you are close to the area and in the mood for some good food and great service. You've gotta stop by. Food- 10/10 Service- 10/10 Environment- 10/10

Visit date 12/30/2020 - came here with Dad and Step Mom for a New Year's meal. I like Mexican food and they recommended we go here, since they are frequent customers. The inside of he restaurant is decorated like a Florida seafood shack and has various types of fish hanging on the walls and picture of a maritime adventures. Legend has it that the owner is an advisor seafarer and frequents the ocean. The good, I at least two bowls of chips and sals and order two sides of guacamole. I am very ritualistic so I ordered my usual, two orders of fully loaded beef and cheese nachos. I ate way too much but it was with it.

Normally, smaller Mexican restaurants don't have the authentic meals and everything tastes the same, but El Torero had tamales, tostadas, and Chile rellenos! Got guacamole, chips, and salsa to chomp on as well. I've gotten takeout both times Ive been and the wait time has been less than 10 minutes! Can't get any better than that. Been twice and will definitely go again.
Party o four all with different entrees and all were reported very good. The food was served and presented well. Service was outstanding. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Would not hesitate to return.

I only rated this as a 3 instead of 1 or 2 because the service was good, and the chips were hot and fresh. The food came out very quickly, but it just wasn’t good.. my husband said Taco Bell was better.

Very friendly staff, quick service we had the taco salad, a beef quesadilla and pork quesadilla all were very flavorful. Generous portions happy to come back again when I am in town. Wish they were near home.
