I just ordered from here and this chicken bogus asl. This is false advertisement. This jerk chicken is soaking in what looks like mud water. The chicken was lose and barley had flavor it’s like they just slapped the jerk sauce on it and called it food this is dog food

Needs better customer service! Trini answered the phone and tried to get an attitude because I did not understand (based off her accent) what she was trying to explain about ordering plantains. When I decided I wanted to cancel the order based off of my service with her, she immediately hung up the phone in my face without letting me finish my question. I called back and she placed me on hold. Please get a new representative to answer the phone and place orders because the representative name Trini does NOT need to to take calls with that attitude.

Generally their food is very good. But the jerk pasta is basic as hell. Just some jerk chicken breast cut up on some Alfredo pasta with parsley sprinkled on it. It’s edible but nothing special. No bell peppers onions or nothing.

Deserves 0 stars. First time here and the jamaican pattie (chicken) was so dry, it was unedible. Customer service was horrible. Some jamaican spots with bad attitude and good food you can better deal with the attitude but when the food is not fresh..it's just all bad.

I always get a large jerk chicken plate with rice and cabbage. The serving is great and they go right to the back and make your plate after asking dark (legs and thighs) or white meat (wings and breast). Service is very quick which I appreciate but know that they run out and do not continue to make more especially with the patties.

The food was just mediocre, the jerk chicken was dry surprisingly, even though I had dark meat, maybe they left it on the grill for too long or maybe it was just old. The jerk chicken pasta was the best thing and I'd give that a 6/10. My sister had the goat and she liked the spice level but also said it lacked flavor. I may try it again on a different day and see if the food is better.
