I started shopping at Royal Caribbean Bakery when I moved to Georgia in February of 1998. Lately the service and product is slowly Declining. .
I visited the restaurant on 07/31/25. The restaurant was about to close. The service I received on this day was totally unacceptable. I ordered a box of spicy beef patty, a large hard dough bread and a cocoa bread. I informed the lady at the counter to place two beet patty with a coco bread in a separate bag.
I received A box of overcooked beef patty. A loaf of bread and a Coco bread. She forgot to give me the two beef patty in the bag.
On the way home, I decided to eat one of the beef patty but it was dry and tasted very funny. I thought maybe that was the only one so I tried another one. It tasted very funny also and was dry. I ordered a small curry chicken and rice with a coca-Cola for someone else. There was a young lady, putting away some drinks. She acknowledged me, and thank me for shopping there. However, I am extremely disappointed with the overall service I received from the company. My order was for an event.

The food was ok but for a large plate I didn't get much oxtails. The rice was overcooked and the gravy wasn't so good for my taste buds. Oxtails was tender though.

Patty's and pastries I can speak A+ for . SERVICE IS A+ AS LONG AS YOU MAKE UP YOUR MIND BEFORE YOU GET TO THE COUNTER. YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU DESERVE. 🖤🇯🇲🔝

Great place with great food! No question!!! but to the timeliness of getting orders and payment is entirely way to slow, there's a short woman who wears a hat she looks like she's sick and stares off talks slow, moves slow, and another woman who bags orders and shows the plates. Why have two registers if you're going to block one and not use it. I know these are young girls however this is a busy store. Patience was not an issue it was more so principal. Move with purpose . Other than that, great chefs

Royal Caribbean Bakery I don't know if you are paying attention but customers only like patties and possibly the drinks, the food is not hitting.
I heard about the food not being good from other people before I decided to try it myself and I agree the food is not hitting, please do something, I think people want to support this business but the food is lacking.

This place is going down fast. The food is awful, ordered a stew chicken with white rice, the food tasted old, like they put it in the microwave and had no taste, rice was clumpy and tasted stale! As I read the other reviews, customers also had a similar experience. The customer service was not good either there was a lady was spraying a bottle of cleaning solution on the counter at the same time I was given my food and I also noticed the food is no longer in the front on display (they went to the back to get my food), another red flag! I think they are getting ready to retire or need to!

THE 1 TRUE BAKERY I CAN COUNT ON TO HAVE THE SAME AMAZING FLAVOR OF JAMAICA AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT!!!
HAS BEEN THERE FOR YEARS AND I RECOMMEND TO ALL. I COME HERE FOR OVER 20 YEARS!!

It's the best patty I have ever had.

I had the jerk chicken rice and peas and cabbage cost $13. Food tastless..money wasted. I will not ever go back.

I’m honestly disappointed. The rice was stale and tasted two days old. The brown stew chicken and cabbage lacked flavor. Golden Krust and Fireside tastes way better.
