I love the food here and work nearby so go once every couple weeks as a treat. The past four times I have tried to get pizza I have been unable due to either the store simply not being open at the advertised hours or their POS system has been down. Usually I walk to get pizza between 11:15-12:00 and the advertised hours are open at 11am and close varies between 9-10:30pm depending on the day. Yesterday, I arrived just after 12 and no lights were on and the sign was flipped closed....
Food was pretty good. Service was aggressively rude. The server made my friends and me feel like we were horribly inconveniencing him by asking to order (after 15 min of him not visiting our table). I felt uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to leave.
I come here a lot and I love the food!! but you guys have the worst costumer service ever! It’s takes forever to get someone’s attention, employees are always on their phone. Please fix this asap. Thank you!
