I placed a online order, was on a roadtrip and the employees siede- sorry if I spelled it wrong- and Adrianna were the best people I could have ever met their customer service was beyond compare and even with a tad bit of wait they made me feel welcome and my sandwiches turned out perfect! They were amazing and I will come back just because of them!!!!! 10/10

7:00pm on 5/17/25 I watched a couple pay for their food, grab their items, and leave. One of the individuals returned to the store and stated that they had been given the wrong sandwich. The Subway employee (young African American woman with color hair) have them the right sandwich and that person left. But thwn I watched her take that same sandwich and put it in a bag for a delivery order. I couldn't believe my eyes. I had to ask the young lady to change her gloves because half way through making my 1st sandwich , she stopped and I watched her touch the soda cooler door, scratch her face, and then attempted to resume sandwich making. I ordered pick up and my food hadn't been started when I arrived. I watched at least 5 people walk in, order, get their food, and leave before my 3 sandwich order was ready. The young man working ran circles around her.

I am unable to tell you if the food was good or not. I placed an order through Subway app on Friday and the system did not alert me that they had closed early around 5 ish (Black Friday) and it stated that the order was received and it was ready and they charged me. I went to pick it up and of course they were closed. I called the number on the door and the mail box was full. I then called for a few days and finally got to speak to a manager today. He stated that he was in fact closed and that if I NEEDED money I should call my credit card company to get my money. I told him I do not NEED money I was charged for food that I did I not receive and WANT my money back. He kept saying that there was nothing that he could do and he did not have my money I needed to get it back from Subway.The sad thing was I had gone in to the store on Wednesday night and did not get a sub because it seemed so unorganized but thought that I would be safe ordering online because I really wanted a sub.
