As someone who buy and cook oxtail this was unacceptable. Their Uber eats forces you to order a large (adds $3 on top of the advertised price when you select it). I was craving oxtail so I said no big deal. I was shocked to see they charged $30+ for these 5 pieces of bone and fat. BY THE WAY I DID NOT EAT ANYTHING BEFORE THE PICTURE. this is how it came.

Have supported this place since they opened from breakfast to a quick meal twice a week. Stopped in Saturday in a rush with a new puppy in the car. Got a small rice snd peas. Gave the waitress a $20.plus 48 cent for a small size and R&P $6,48 Put change in my pocket and left. When I got home it was $7.00 I called the store and told the young lady that answered.she said come in Monday for your change. Went in today and the manager owner was frigging rude telling me I didn't have a receipt. But his Till showed the difference I'm sure. I just walked out. Typical Jamaican He will loose that $10 more than me.Who keep a receipt like that. Will not get my business anymore.

Customer service is horrible from the lady (Light Skinned) at the front desk. To the point my partner and I turned around to see other Jamaican Restaurant near by. What is sad, this was our first experience to this place. As service members who serve and want to try this place, I do not recommend.

I ordered the veggie rasta pasta and the jerk chicken. The pasta was excellent. It had cabbage or lettuce mixed within the pasta. I thought it was weird, but it was delicious. I'll definitely have it again. The jerk chicken w/ rice and peas was good, too.

I purchased lunch from here today at 12:20 p.m. and it was a HUGE mistake, rice&peas were very dry, I could tell by the way it hit the container(which was HARD), no plantains (which comes with the meal), dry chicken (taste as if it was left out too long or from yesterdays servings) this is the 2nd time I’ve had this issue, but the worst part is my food was served with plenty of attitude. For a $20 meal, if the food is old at least serve it with a side of DIGNITY and RESPECT! Yup, I will not be going back and I will share my experience!
