The food was great ! I had the beef and broccoli and my wife had egg rolls and wonton soup. The Owner heard us talking about being from Florida and took the time to come out and talk to us . She couldn’t have been nicer . Really enjoyed our meal . Thank you!

Got order wrong. Called back and the lady acted like she didn't understand. Ended up order extra fried rice and paying for their mistake. When i arrived i was trying to show the lady at the front counter what the menu specifics on the web site to get a better understanding. She told me that it was not her menu and her menu was only at the store. This is weird because when you look online the phone number for this establishment is the same as the menu i odered from. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

The worst customer service ever the lady that picks up the phone kept putting me on hold. When she puts me back on, she'll ask for my order. In the middle of my order she would start talking to someone else in the background, putting the phone down and doing something else. Lastly she would pick up the phone and tell me call her back when I'm ready to order then hangs up on me. That's crazy, you need to hire better people. I will no longer come here.

Bad service!!!!! The Asian lady was rude over the phone. She was everywhere but on the phone with me. She hung up 3 times times and then she had the nerve to tell me that she was busy and hung up on me. Bad service! Do recommend

The restaurant lacks cleanliness and the customer service is horrible. Worker called me a liar when she took my order and prepared the wrong food after she asked me to wait for it for 30 minutes. Not writing anything down for the order.

First, I want to say,This was the only Chinese restaurant that I bought from for years. The lady was cool. I noticed the prices were getting higher,but I liked the food. The lady became very indifferent and rude. I asked her if I offended her in anway.and she said no..I then proceeded to ask why was she being so rude to me..After all these years of my support of her business I said I will never come back.
