I ordered my food through the app and apparently someone else picked up my order who wasn’t the door dash driver. They did not tell the driver and did not want to remake my order. When I am trying to report this issue the app just lets you know that the message was submitted nothing else. No immediate response and no option to get a refund

This is the worst ever Taco Bell I have ever been to. Where should I start. How about the service, the food that is prepared is down right terrible, just customer service there as well where it taked damn near an hour to get my food.
Second, the elements that is around the restaurant. There is always homeless people hanging around the restaurant which gives the restaurant a bad image.
And third, is the most important, the store itself. It's like every time I go in, the flood is sticky, it smells like feet and there is only one drink option in the dispenser.
I mean, I know things aren't perfect, but my God. They could do better than that.

This place is absolutely horrible. The customer service sucks, the employees are rude. The kid at the window was doing his best but the folks in the back showed no class or professionalism. I waited over an hour for my online ordered, which they asked me 3 times what I was waiting on. I will not be back. They need a whole new staff that wants to work. I'm in food service and this was unacceptable. They don't even deserve one star.

I order 2 Chicken cantina Bowls, I got everything but the chicken. I received to Cantina bowls with the chicken. Very disappointed. Had to place another oder for delivery from another restaurant.
Nasty ass food!!! Drive thru line wasnt long (2 ahead of me). I ordered a simple quesadilla & soft taco with cinnamon twist. Waited at the window for 8mins. Assumed the food would be hot since I waited that long... Welp Nope it wasn't!! They also forgot the twist. So I rode around & went in (defeats the purpose of using drive-thru right) to go get the twist. No line inside either. So apparently, the workers don't wanna be there & doing whatever they want without the care of getting the food hot, fresh & all the order to the patrons on the store. From now on, when it's no line in drive-thru & none inside--clearly something is not right with the establishment! Bypass it altogether from now on. Especially this spot here 👎👎👎👎👎 Gimme my $11+ bucks back

Ok they are the worst ever, The wait is always long, they always say they only have 1 cook there, they open at 7:00am but when i get there at 7:35am they always say we running slow it’s a 20 minute wait, they just really need to close that area right there cuz it’s jus wrong all the way around… You will always be disappointed every time you go to that place, don’t waist your time i’m telling you

I don’t see how this place is still in business. Taco Bell’s owners need to know how awful this place is. We’re the only customers in the dine in and it took almost 45 minutes to receive our order for 5 people. Do not try to eat here unless you have a lot of patience. The employees are in the back have conversations in the back like we’re. It even here. The manager doesn’t seem to care either………once again another disappointment with Taco Bell. Seems like they’re all going downhill here in Georgia.
