Food was ok but the customer service was trash. The man at the window great customer service the lady that was making the food terrible just terrible. She was yelling at the man at the window. Then when she got my taco wrong she talking about we can’t wait at the window. That lady should not be working there

I came here at 1:15 AM on a Thursday. It was PACKED and I waited for over an hour. Wait time was way too long. If I had known woulda switched locations. I saw the 3 star review but didn’t think anything of it but I would chalk this spot in a heartbeat.

I wish I would’ve read the Reviews Trust Me it’s All True🎯 Why is this place still open??? I ordered through the TB App My free frozen baha drink plus another one along with the stacker & nacho fries 3 mild sauce, get to drive through sit wait minutes before being acknowledged then I give a Girl My Name for My App order and Silence We sat over 5min saying Hello You got the order, then finally a guy spoke as if they never took My order I gave him My Name then pull around to window there was sewage water on side of building it stunk so bad We sat over 10 minutes folk walking back forth in out drive thru area there was no other Customers and none inside then I see a guy fix our drinks and sit them on counter and leave then another guy walk up took off apron shook thin dreads walked out into dining area after that a lady walked in and a Girl took her order and gave her an order still no one came over to Us sitting in drive thru I had to roll My window up because the sewage smell on side of building was so bad, finally get My food get half cup nacho fries, scorched stacker frozen baha drinks melting and tasting like no flavor I was 2 upset to go back I should’ve left at pull up and definitely at drive thru if there’s standing sewage water on ground outside the drive thru image what’s going on inside, Taco Bell needs to do Better this location need to be Shut Down Immediately🎯 If You want Tacobell on this side of town go to the one across from Walmart & Kroger at Columbia they got it together🎯🎯🎯🙏🏽

This place needs to get shutdown as soon as possible. First of, they are always understaff and we have to wait at least 10 minutes just to order our food and another 40 minutes to wait for our order! Every time I have ordered, my ordering is always wrong. There’s always something missing or incorrect! This is just ridiculous! We’re a paying customer and we should get what we pay for! Especially having to wait this long. If I could give them zero star, I would’ve done that a long time ago. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRANCHISE! THID PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN OR RESTAFFED.

Arrived right at opening, still has to wait about 20 minutes despite me being the only customer. Went to use the women's restroom and it was clear that not only didn't they clean the restrooms the night before, but it doesn't even look like anyone from the opening team bothered to check the restrooms or just didn't care to clean the trash all over the floor (vape, taco bell bag, and a banana peel). I told the young lady (she seemed new) that there wasn't any tissue in the women's restroom and during my very long wait she never brought any tissue so I had to use the men's restroom. 15 minutes into my wait I told the other woman who may have been the lead or manager that I had to use the men's restroom because I was still waiting on tissue and they still didn't do anything about it. Overall the store looks and feels gross considering that they literally opened the doors as I arrived. I really want to just request a refund, but was just trying to fuel up before my hours long road trip

On 6/20 at 2:55pm Cashier Portia B customer service was excellent. I was having a bad day and she was kind. She greeted me with a smile and made sure to tell me to have a kind day. The mango peach auga fresca was refreshing.

went in with my dad and ordered two drinks, a new mango peach flavor drink they have and my dad got a frozen strawberry drink and we waited for almost 30 mins with no one interacting with us and finally we went up to the counter and asked what was going on and they said that it just broke and they weren't offering those, even though we paid, got our receipt for it, and no one said a word. we said fine and just got two mango peach drinks and the manager guy was almost yelling at us, and the workers acted like they dropped out of kindergarten. please avoid this taco bell the workers are beyond incompetent and rude and the drinks ain't even that good, $10 for two drinks that took 30 minutes???? i wish they would tear this place down already
