This Taco Bell has character. Drive Thru guys were funny. Bring back the Double Decker Taco though.

TO THE DRIVE THROUGH PERSON WORKING ON NOVEMBER 4TH 2025 AT 5:40PM I HOPE YOU READ THIS, I WAS NOTHING BUT KIND TO YOU FROM THE GET GO, I HANDED YOU MY PHONE TO PAY AND WHEN YOU GAVE THE PHONE BACK YOU WERE DISTRACTED AND I GRABBED IT IN A WAY THAT I KNEW IT WOULD DROP SO I GRIPPED IT HARDER SO I WOULD’NT AND YOU TOOK IT THE WRONG WAY, YOU TURND IT INTO SOMETHING IT WAS’NT, YOU RUINED WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A PERFECT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
The customer service is the worst. I asked about the specials, and I wasn't sure of the price... I was told it's on the board… So I decided to go in and another upset customer stated she had been there 3 times back to back because they didn't get her order right… and they was telling customers they only had 1 drink available, at this point I refused to spend my money at this location and contribute to the doors being open…I left..

I don't usually do this for fast food places unless I had a horrendous or phenomenal experience. This Taco Bell exceeded my expectations as a consumer in my county. I went through on a casual run to grab my favorite burritos and they were extremely kind to my dog, Jess and I. This franchise is usually one that's associated with more of a cool kids vibe but today I saw values that went far beyond the surface. I wanted to shout out this locations employees for being pet friendly near a vets office and making me and my girl Jess feel valued as customers.

They are not paying attention to the Uber eats orders. My order said no sour cream and it was in my bell grande. It's so frustrating

I ordered tacos supreme style. That's what I paid for. Not what I got. Had the audacity to ask me to review the screen to be sure it was correct... maybe I should have asked him too, because I don't think they can read.
