The experience and customer service is always excellent, I'm just not a fan of the food because it doesn't taste good to me. Other people like it, and there's nothing wrong with it. Del Taco is better.

Ordered a mobile drive thru order on the app. ($3 nachos and a drink) Got to the speaker & was told that they were backed up so I had to pull around and they would bring it out. Pull around, it's 3 others cars waiting. Waited 10 plus min for my order. The young lady forgot my drink and says "well if you waiting for me to bring it, it's going be a minute or you can just come in and get it.

This has to be THE WORSE restaurant on Memorial Drive. Never received my food after I ordered and paid on the app!! I even showed up 25mins after I ordered. And apparently they close their drive thru at 10:00pm, even though they close at 2am. Just a horrible establishment from top to bottom. These corporations should check on their locations more. I pulled up to pick up a mobile order at 1 PM and they said drive thru was closed. I walk inside only one woman was working. Every employee of this store should be ashamed of themselves for not showing up to help. Everything about this service was awful they need to figure out how to keep this store staffed. That one employee deserves a damn raise though

Several red flags!! Never got my food!!! Was told the drive thru is "closed" it was only 8:00!!! Bums and weirdos lurking around the restaurant. Dining room had critters crawling around!! And the employees had "I don't care attitude"!!!!!

Believe the bad reviews!!! Wish I could give it 0 stars. A poor excuse of a restaurant. Extra long wait times for simple orders, and if you pull up to the drive thru after 9pm they tell you it's closed!!!! Most of the good reviews are fake because of how bad they know the service is here.

Don't come here!!!! I repeat DO NOT COME HERE. Bugs in the dining area!!!! This is by far the WORST fast food establishment i have visited in a while. My order took 30mins to prepare even though I ordered it at home and PAID on the app. Employees look like they're on Death Row, unmotivated and do not care. This is atrocious. Can't believe nearly every one has the same experience as me but NOTHING is being done about it
