Have to give props. I had a beast of an order last night around 7. Placed it through the mobile app. Not one single thing missing. These guys were on point. Everyone’s food was hot and delicious.

Coming home late evening from a long day at the hospital with my injured husband, I was starving and I was out of sweet tea. I went through the drive through and ordered a beef burrito with sour cream and tea. They didn't have any tea so I had to order a Pepsi. Not a fan of soda. The first two bites of the burrito were cold sour cream and the rest was a slightly warm bean burrito. I don't care for beans. I didn't finish it. I noticed that I was given a taco I didn't order. I wasn't charged for it, so sorry to whoever was missing a taco from their order. It was not warm and I didn't eat it all either. Just sipped on my Pepsi until I got home and made myself something to eat.

As someone who works in the food service industry, I understand the challenges of the job but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The person taking my order was unfriendly and unwelcoming.

They were only accepting card payments which lets me know they had already counted the cash drawer, despite the fact that they wouldn’t be closing for another five hours. On top of that, the food was extremely disappointing. I had hoped for better, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Thus place is terrible. If I could give no star review I would. The girl just have a bad attitude and very unhygienic when preparing the food. Everything was just bad. All need to do a better job when hiring people to work here. I see her touching her pant then use the same and touch my food. Something has to he done.

Service is terrible especially at night I understand it’s a lot of work but you don’t have to take out the frustration on your customers. One employee who was running the drive thru gave me so much attitude when we were trying to come in when the door was unlocked wouldn’t even listen to what I was asking he could’ve just said our lobby is closed instead of being rude and pushy about getting out then when I drive up to the drive thru literally sees me walks away for a few mins then comes back acting like he didn’t know I was there. This last time I went was terrible I order from here all the time hence why I’m not putting one star and some employees are nice but this last time was extremely bad.

I ordered from this taco bell on uber eats and they never completed my order and made 5 drivers cancel. I waited for over a hour before I called to ask them what was going and on they said they were closed even though they weren’t. You could hear all the employees having fun in the background. I feel like they were waiting on me to cancel so they could eat my food. The employee hung up on me when I called him out. Don’t eat here :)
