I ordered 10 items but only received 8, i hadn’t realized until I got home so I called them multiple times to get no response. I even emailed them but still no response. The food was not packed and the portions were very small. I went to this taco well since the one i usually go to started giving very small portions randomly but this was definitely worse than the one on five forks near quicktrip. Go there instead of paying for more items only to not receive them.
I'm a Doordash driver they said twice someone "already picked up my order." I've had to cancel a customer's order and call Doordash support so my rate won't get affected. I get that they don't want to take orders from different apps since they probably don't get paid more for doing this? But if you're not going to accept Doordash orders TAKE YOUR STORE OFF THE APP. You are harming my rate and employment with Doordash by doing this.
If you're a Doordash driver, stay away from this place. If you're a Doordash customer, do not order from here because your order will either be late or canceled.

Ordered food at 1045 to be delivered and my dasher arrived nearly an hour later and the food still wasn’t done. It was 2 items. Absolutely insane. Need to hire better people to run businesses.
When I arrived shortly after 2am I was just grateful Taco Bell was open because I had a MASSIVE craving for a cheesy Gordita crunch. My order is taken but I hear yelling coming from the window all the way at the speaker. I pull up and catch the tail end of an interaction between an employee and a customer. She was ranting, which I later found out was about the food taking too long, and refusing to take the drinks from him. She said she was recording him and was very aggressive before pulling off in a huff.
I want to recognize the grace and professionalism of that employee, Wesley. He did not raise his voice or act rudely back to her even once, and answered her respectfully even though in my opinion she didn’t deserve it. He was still polite to me when I pulled up and my food came out exactly the way I ordered it. Nobody deserves to be treated the way he was tonight, and he handled it beautifully.
