Mins everybody doing everything but taking orders at the window. Will be reporting to corporate.

Sat at the window for 30 minutes so we pulled up and there was a dude and a lady in the window she was sweeping and we sat there still no response, went back around and she sittin there tryna hide and staring at us then she sayin they’re closed, remind you they close at 3am. Terrible service

Absolute joke of an establishment. I waited 2 hours for my food only for my deliverer to tell me that they had already given it to someone else. Did they attempt to rectify this issue? Absolutely not. Even when *I* attempted to reach out and call them (several times) they allowed it to ring everytime. If you must have Taco Bell you would save yourself time and money from ordering elsewhere.

Ordered 2 discover lux boxes and 2 naco fries at the drive through. When I got home, I realized I was missing 1 chicken burrito and missing 2 cinimon twists. I would give them 1 star, but when I went back to complain, they honored their mistake. Good thing I dont live too far.

My food was poorly wrapped and some was dumped in the bag. The crunchy tacos were soggy as if they'd been sitting for a while. The soda was gross because the syrup bag needed to be replaced.

Have to give props. I had a beast of an order last night around 7. Placed it through the mobile app. Not one single thing missing. These guys were on point. Everyone’s food was hot and delicious.

Coming home late evening from a long day at the hospital with my injured husband, I was starving and I was out of sweet tea. I went through the drive through and ordered a beef burrito with sour cream and tea. They didn't have any tea so I had to order a Pepsi. Not a fan of soda. The first two bites of the burrito were cold sour cream and the rest was a slightly warm bean burrito. I don't care for beans. I didn't finish it. I noticed that I was given a taco I didn't order. I wasn't charged for it, so sorry to whoever was missing a taco from their order. It was not warm and I didn't eat it all either. Just sipped on my Pepsi until I got home and made myself something to eat.

As someone who works in the food service industry, I understand the challenges of the job but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The person taking my order was unfriendly and unwelcoming.
They were only accepting card payments which lets me know they had already counted the cash drawer, despite the fact that they wouldn’t be closing for another five hours. On top of that, the food was extremely disappointing. I had hoped for better, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
