Tolex African Grill

Each time I order Ofada on Tolex via Uber Eats, I request and pay for an extra egg. However, this is the second time it hasn't been included with my order. How can I get a refund for the two times this has happened?

Absolutely 100% friendly environment..ifedola was very friendly and nice…. The owner even came out to say Hello ATL that’s what I call VIP all the way….. if you’re in Atlanta Area I will recommend Tolex for sure.

This is the best Nigerian restaurant I have dined in so far in the States! It checks off all my boxes, including delicious meals, warm and respectful service, and, most importantly, clean and orderly atmosphere. Kudos to the restaurant management for their efforts in leaving their guests happy. Will definitely come back!

Got the suya with fried rice, the efo riro and the pounded yams. Everything was so good! Fresh, hot and great flavor. The service was also amazing the chef and owner came out to say hi, all the guests were laughing just a great experience all around. Will be back

I was liking for African food in the area and saw this place as one of the top options. We order the egusi & okra sauce soup with pounded yam. They have great customer & delicious food. Definitely would recommend!!!

I enjoyed the Okro soup and my husband really enjoyed the jollof rice with goat meat 🍖 you should visit Tolex

I’ve been looking for some Nigerian food closer to me and found this place. While I really wanted to give it a good review that’s not the case. The assorted meat in the egusi was very tough and stinky. I literally opened the container and the smell filled my nose. I still tried and was disappointed. The yam was good and sticky. The lady at the front was super nice and accommodating but I can’t say it made up for the soup. Not sure I will be back.

Came to ATL for a trip and I had to try this restaurant! It did not disappoint. The food was amazing the costumer services was 10/10 and the owner was very welcoming and caring. Make sure to try it when you visit ATL!!

I love African food. I have tried this place about 4-5 times. They never fail to give me tough cow skin. I always have to send it back. I order okra soup every time. I took a year break, and came back. Same thing, tough meat, and this time the okra had more leaves than actual okra. I won’t return. Please cook the cow skin till soft and have actual okra and palm oil. It’s a $30 mistake I can’t afford to make again.

I love this place it’s a hidden gem and the food is always fresh with lots of flavor! I visit 2 -3 times a week with my kids and the owner is friendly. I appreciate his hospitality and the restaurant is clean including the restroom! Spotless! I pray many blessing on this establishment and will continue to refer anyone I know that loves authentic African food🙏🏾Keep up the good work Tolex team you got a customer for life😊
