First of all i went online to check out the menu before odering. I ordered honey beans with plantains for pickup. My protein, mackerel fish because there was no up charge for this fish, once I got in the restaurant I was told there is an upcharge on ALL fish. I told the young lady that took my order the online order system states a different pricing, she said OK. My order went from $23 to $29, although she said ok I was still charged the upcharge. I love the food here! Especially the Ayamase! It is very flavorful and the space is clean! The staff were nice as well. I would recommend their Ayamase and moimoi any day with the ginger drink.

Today, I was very upset with my experience. I came to Tolex and ordered my food. When I got home my order was incorrect. I had to travel back to the store. I askd for my food to be made over fresh. Instead of making it over, they took it in the back and microwaved it an gave it back. I am a frequent visitor, but this experience turned me off. The owner should be made aware.
