Just overall.. very rude .. rushed.. then when you do order we don’t do that . We don’t do this . Simply asked for my fries to be separate… was told they don’t do that . Wanted anything else besides fries would’ve paid whatever I just didn’t want fries . Simply got frustrated and just didn’t want anything anymore ,just wanted a drink at this point . Used my lunch break for nothing. Was told had to be cash only if I just wanted a drink . Just overall give the customer what they’re asking for . Charge extra for subbing out side item . Everyone don’t want fries . And are willing to pay for what they’re ordering . Being told we don’t do that for everything is crazy . Definitely won’t be back .

The food is a local staple everyone on this side goes there. A great selection of flavors, SUPER generous with fries as well. It's got a family feel, The girl with the glasses has great conversation a d service.

The owners are Asian but “seasoned”. 😊 Customer service is the normal Atlanta service attitude; No smile, take your order, get your food, and leave me alone kind of attitude. Outdated store and located Glockbridge aka Rockbridge. Stay aware of your surroundings. But the wings are gooooodddd! Been going here for more than a decade.

The customer service is BAD and HORRIBLE !! The Asian lady who is the manager/owner whomever she is rude , nasty and disrespectful! And had bad customer service!!! She doesn’t know how to talk to customers! You say you don’t want something she gets loud and rude!! She started yelling and being rude because I wanted a different cup! The cup she sat down for me had food particles on the cup… because she is cross contaminating from food! WASH YOUR HANDS!! She goes and work on food orders and then comes back and touches everything.. the register, the cups, the bags! But doesn’t wipe her nasty hands off! And start yelling at me because I wanted another cup!! Who do you think you talking too!!! And watch your tone!! I am not one of them! You don’t yell or disrespect your customers! The same customers that is supporting your business in our community! She needs to learn how to talk!! I don’t care nothing about that’s how you talk!!! Everything is not acceptable!!Definitely not her lack of customer service!! Customers don’t owe her anything! We are helping support your business!! Learn how to talk and respect the customers! I am not the one and will not tolerate disrespect and bad service! If you don’t know how to talk in a respectful nice way to your customers, stay yourself in the back and cook food!! I don’t go anywhere else for my chicken tenders! They always remember me and know exactly what I’m going to order. Mrs Kim always asks about my day and my family. Super friendly!
