I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and was told the wait was 30 minutes. 35 minutes passed by and someone who placed their order after me received their food first. When I asked if my food was done, I was advised that the wait time was now 45 minutes. I waited a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes, my said had no ketchup on it like I asked and their was an eyelash in my food so I was unable to finish it. The chicken also had no flavor.

I ordered a twenty dollar sandwich and after a twenty two min wait .. they gave me the WRONG order... I had to turn ALL the back around in rush hour to get the same sandwich twice... What's worse... I ordered the CLASSIC.. the same sandwich names after the company HOW CAN YOU MESS THAT ORDERED UP BUT THEY DID. Because of the location the traffic can be a hazard and you can not 🚫 enter to order or speak with staff they come out and address you when they are ready... FIRST and LAST visit

I've been on Weeyums since I lived in Lythonia in '14. I've been telling my wife (born and raised PHILLY) about these subs. Finally had a chance to bring her because I now do a little business in Stone Mtn and to see the look on her face when she took the first bite: PRICELESS. It's like me finding someone that knows how to make a authentic MD crabcake or Eating NY pizza or Chicago Pizza here in Ga. When your from somewhere else and you find that taste that takes you home....awww mannn. We will gladly drive 45 mins one way for these subs AND they held up wonderfully the whole way home with a little reheat in the oven. Not Sure why you can't walk into the store anymore but the parking lot order takers are on point. Love this place 😋😋😋😋😋

I ordered a 16.00 steak sub my ride came and i couldn't get my food they didnt refund my money to my card I called 6 times gave them 5 hours never returned money 2 my card kept telling me wait on manger he never called im call police tomorrow and have them escort me there they will not keep my money this happened at 5pm Monday 8/25

Philly cheesesteak where 90% is bread 10% maybe meat. If you like to be disappointed and completely miserable throughout your entire meal this is the place for you. Where every bite gets worse. You ever had a meal make you wish you were hungry, this is it.

Hiring children to run your establishment can be one of the leading causes of a restaurant going downhill. This was my first experience with this place and of course I wanted it to be a good one. However, I sat in my car and was not greeted upon arrival. A young lady eventually came out, sat down, and took my order. Once finished, she walked back inside without mentioning payment, so I figured I would wait in the car and then quickly run to another store down the street while they prepared my food.
A few minutes later, I received a call informing me that payment had to be made before they would start cooking. I had to fight traffic to get back into the parking lot where my $18 sub and fries were waiting.
The place definitely has potential, it just needs the right staff and a little more attention to service details. Not to mention, I didn’t receive any napkins or eating utensils.
