Y'all think this is acceptable? …. Pretty sure none of you would eat this, so why throw it in a bag for your customers?! Ever since the new manager took over, the service has gone downhill. The lines are always ridiculously long, and the quality of the food is trash.

This location is unsanitary and so is the crew. Team members don’t wear gloves when touching the food, the bathrooms have a constant odor from water leakage in the walls and WORMS around the toilets due to them not being cleaned. The lobby where people eat is hardly maintained. The kitchen is dirty and most things in the back are broken that are rigged to work. Management needs to do better!

Not sure why food would be cold during the lunch hour and not freshly made. Cold hard Fries and not so fresh tasting buger. Only items that came out fresh were the chicken nuggets.

Order two large chills and 10 nuggets. The chill was half full with on the liquid and a couple spoons of meat. Did not even get the nuggets. Poor customer service

This location does not open until 7am Ovwas told by employees I was in the area for work early but couldn’t get breakfast
I stopped going to this Wendy’s because every morning my sausage biscuit would be cold, dense, or just taste old. I started going again because of the convenience and the food was noticeably better prepared and was fresh in the morning after realizing there was 2 new people serving in the morning. I started to enjoy breakfast again up until I came back one morning and the original server whom I had stopped coming before was working and the food quality was back to poor and turned me off to Wendy’s breakfast. Whoever that is, he’s ruining business.

Was short on cash and did not know if I could afford lunch. The manager of this store went over and beyond to make sure I got a good meal and it was hot. I ordered a special they had 2 spices sandwiches . Buy one get one for a penny. This did not include a drink or French fries. He got me a hot fry and a drink on him. I usually have plenty of cash on me but today I did not. I was busy taking dad to doctors and did not check my funds before I left home. A special thanks to this guy for taking care of me on a day I was short. This meant the world to me. Thanks Wendy's for hiring good people and helping a guy in need today. As always the food was great and service over the top. I did not get his name but I will always be grateful for his compassion for fellow man kind. Thanks Wendys.
