I mean for the time it took them to get one order out I could have sat at a restaurant order a drink and an appetizer! I witnessed employees just standing around talking another one tending to ketchup packets instead of customers. The sense of urgency was literally non existent! I’ll be driving an extra 10mind out of the way to avoid this place

Cashier was in his phone consistently. Not greeted. I stood there while he was texting in his phone and it was clear I was an inconvenience to him. I needed a cup for ketchup as there was none in the counter and had to wait for him to finish texting again. Place was filthy. Food was what I expect at a Wendy's, but we hesitant to eat because of everything else, but we were hungry.

The morning crew needs to be changed they say that they are not open and clearly they just don't want to work. The website says that they should be open but these people need to be replaced... just rude!!!

I was so hungry and there were so many flies buzzing around in the back and one hit my face and it felt sticky being in there. Needs cleaning because you don’t where these flies are laying their eggs and that’s nasty

Y'all think this is acceptable? …. Pretty sure none of you would eat this, so why throw it in a bag for your customers?! Ever since the new manager took over, the service has gone downhill. The lines are always ridiculously long, and the quality of the food is trash.

This location is unsanitary and so is the crew. Team members don’t wear gloves when touching the food, the bathrooms have a constant odor from water leakage in the walls and WORMS around the toilets due to them not being cleaned. The lobby where people eat is hardly maintained. The kitchen is dirty and most things in the back are broken that are rigged to work. Management needs to do better!

Not sure why food would be cold during the lunch hour and not freshly made. Cold hard Fries and not so fresh tasting buger. Only items that came out fresh were the chicken nuggets.

Order two large chills and 10 nuggets. The chill was half full with on the liquid and a couple spoons of meat. Did not even get the nuggets. Poor customer service
