After getting my order wrong I was met with attitude over the phone after calling to let them know. Unprofessional and rude. I understand mistakes happen but customer service should always be first. Because of the way they went about this issue, I won’t be back here ever.

Ordered 10pc wings from here and I can see why their score is an 84! Wings were super cold after 10-15 min and instead of them writing my name down to replace the order another time, they wanted me to be inconvenienced by coming back out tonight. Horrible service and food. I have NEVER had to microwave wings in my life. I'll never visit that place again and that's bad because I always go there. Never again.

Placed an order at 1230 paid for it at 1245 , I was told it would be 5 min. At 1 I was told he was about to drop the wings.
I've eaten here twice to attempt to patronize because it's in my neighborhood. For me, not great. The last time I had the fried rice and it tasted like what I believe plastic would taste like if I had eaten it. The wings were not memorable at all.

Best wings in town, hands down! Great service, the ladies at the front counter is friendly, professional and welcoming. You can call your order in and it’s ready for pick up when you get there. The restaurant is clean and environment is pleasant. Been coming here for years.

Customer service was very bad! My first time here… They called the police and cursed me out because I didn’t like the food.. no refund. I left food on counter …had to sign a POLICE waiver due to the young lady with piercings on her face and a minor that’s barely old enough to work there got offended. They had no respect for the customer and called the police immediately!! Terrible experience!! Please stay away, unless you want to speak dekalb county for no reason!! Pictures attached below: parking lot is empty for a reason.
