Wingstop

was eating my wingstop, got to the last fry and saw this at first wasn’t sure if it was just burnt up fries but got a closer look and saw it was a bug this isn’t my first time this has happened wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but now i am sure it’s a bug highly disappointed and i hope they make a thorough inspection regarding this restaurant please don’t order from this location

Always great food and service. So much so, I pass another closer location simply to patronize this particular location! The people are always very friendly and attentive. I've never stepped inside without kind and confident greetings. I work in the area so I sometimes grab lunch, and no matter what time of day they are CONSISTENT! This evening I showed up a few minutes early for my pickup order and decided to sit inside and wait. The young man who greeted me was nice enough to walk around the counter and hand me my order. He absolutely did not have to do that. I wish I had gotten his name, but I picked up my order on 12/18 around 9:30 in the evening if that helps. After the close of a long day, the team here brought me to a smile. Keep up the great work!

All employees are on phone I ask hot sauce they charge me $2. I bought a food for $48. Very bad service

I order almost $40 of wings and fries.90%wings are so tiny and small we start laughing. I ask for sauce they charge for $2. And crew are very busy to using cell phones. I fill sorry my self to waist that much money for this kind of restaurant. Never go back.

This location really sucks. They are slow, it’s no management. They are all standing around playing over peoples food!!!!!! I’ve tried more than one time! They need on hair nets! They have the music BLASTING OVER THE MUSIC that’s playing in the front already mans they just need a manager!

Who was really good chicken was hot fresh I got hot honey rub. It was good and I got cheese fries. The cheese was hot. The rub was hot. It was burning up my mouth. It burnt my tongue.

Staff not wearing any hair nets. Hence the previous review with hair in the food. Online order place and waited 30 min to arrive. Called before to confirm if it was ready. Was told on the phone that the person would need to walk to the back to confirm that and he had to take orders so I should just come in and it will be ready. Arrived

Waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order. Ordered 5 piece mild tenders and got home only to discover they were atomic tenders. Couldn't even eat them. Staff is terrible and nothing but kids on their personal phones and engaged in their personal conversations. Need new management asap!
