I've been waiting for over an hour for my order. I placed it at 734pm 1/4/25and it is now 914pm and I'm still waiting.I called rhe restaurant 19times to be put on hold and no one ever came to the phone

The person that took my order in this location was very rude she even said she only wanted exact change she probably thought i didnt had the money to pay or what smh than i place my orden online and she said she didnt see an order so she took my orden in person and told me i needed to cancel the phone one like didnt she said there was no order being placed

Food is undercooked. Staff is unsanitary. Staff smells like weed. Staff have their kids/friends in the lobby area. Everything looks unprofessional. Staff sits in the left corner of the lobby and do nothing just hang out like it’s a lounge. Only one person was cooking. Go to another wing stop location please and shut this one down or fire entire staff and hire new management and staff.

Horrible customer service. The staffs lack of professionalism was astonishing! You come in and place an order and people who came in and placed orders in person 30 minutes after you are receiving their orders first. You ask about your order and the young lady taking orders totally ignores you!! I will not be returning to this location! Please get your staff under control! It is absolutely ridiculous! I wish I could give zero stars!!!

My chicken was extremely undercooked and my Husband took the food back to ask them to remake it. Manager refused and was rude and disrespectful along with the staff under her. This location is in close proximity to my home but I am a Quality over quantity type of person so I will drive further to a better location. Thumbs down 👎zero across the board 00000

I never get the lemon pepper wings at WS because they never put enough seasoning on them. However the Cajun wings are bussin so I get those and they are usually made good. They do need to add more of the Cajun seasoning on the wings at this location. Check your bag before you leave because they may have forgot something you said. Also if you call in, this place wants your card number and who wants to trust a stranger on the phone with that? Order off the app instead!
