Order received was missing drink and chicken tenders, called restaurant and keep getting Arian, Darian.. AI but not a human to report the issue.. so disappointed

This place is terrible. I placed my order online i was told it will be 15 minutes. When I walked in i was told my order will be up next. That was at 9:00pm. I asked for an update on my order by this time I had already waited a minute from my order. The associate that works at Wingstop said that I could go into the kitchen and make the order myself. They were extremely rude unprofessional. They were all on the phones while working, including the the manager. Once I receive my order, it was all burnt when I asked them about it. They told me it was just well done that it wasn’t burnt. They said if I wanted remade it would take 30 additional minutes
. I took the order home and it was indeed burnt! It was so bitter you couldn’t eat it. This was supposed to be my 3 years old dinner. Never again this place needs to shut down or get a real manager that actually cares to work
There and fire the current staff. If you don’t like dealing with ppl then look for a job where
You don’t have it.

These restaurants always leave a number posted on here for google but these numbers never work. You have to go up there for every little question you have which is annoying when I should be able to call the store. They need working phones! Everyone isn’t calling to complain sometimes mistakes are made and only managers can solve certain issues. You can’t run a business and not want to be bothered

Be careful ordering from Uber eats from here... They gave my order to someone other than the Uber driver and then REFUSED to fulfill my order even though I had proof and the driver did too that it hadn't been picked up by the right person. They claimed it wasn't their fault even though clearly they didn't verify the pickup correctly- I wouldn't have been so upset if they made any effort at all to be helpful instead of saying it wasn't their problem... I would be careful with any to-go orders that are pre-paid.

I love the customer service here. I was acknowledge and greeted when I walked in by the manager. I had asked for a specific request and it was no problem to accommodate how I wanted my wings. Everything was perfect and Fresh. From the cooks to the associate. Also ,I came in the night before where there were gentle working from associate to the cook and I requested my wings a specific way as well and it was accomadated to my liking with Excellent customer service. I even witness them cleaning the windows and making sure the store front was presented well.I was impressed and will be coming back. Thank you it’s so refreshing to receive great customer service these days.

We waited over 1hr after placing an online order 40 mins before we arrived and had to wait for an additional 1hr. Just for us to be missing items. And Winge was nasty and not even sauced. The cook in the back said she's not making shit over. I wasted $50 on food I could have made at home, especially with a person whose attitude is very atrocious.

Bruh I had placed a pickup order at 4pm for 6:30pm. When I came and got my food… first of all, it was cold second of all they just poured the sauce on top didn’t even mix it in or whatever. They had 2 and a half hours to do this right and they didn’t. Third I asked for celery and carrot sticks and tell me why there are carrot sticks in water in a Ziploc bag that they gave me like be soooo for real

The chicken was halfway seasoned. Their was people hanging out in front of the store and people hanging out in the store as well. I also waited 25 minutes before anyone walked to the front and took my order. I will never come back to this store.
