The craziest excuse I’ve ever heard from a restaurant… they skipped over and didn’t make my order because the people in front of us ordered the same thing. Seems like leaving a tip in advance is an invitation for poor service. Never again.

When it came to payment, I will say their system needs an update, because the card reader kept saying chip malfunction for my debit card. It would not read my swipe or chip. My card isn’t the newest but it works everywhere else . So I decided to ask my sister if I can use her new bank card but it still read error and malfunction, after a few tries it finally accepts her payment, but then I go check my bank account and it still shows a transaction and payment being taken from my card, however I never received a receipt and let me remind you that the card reader kept saying chip malfunction so how is it able to take money from my account if it’s saying chip malfunction and no receipt !!?? and my sister already paid for the food so now I am currently waiting for my refund through their bank, and I have to keep calling them but if you use their service please use cash until they update their system

Great food if you need something quick. I had the double impossible burger ? and it was cooked too perfection. A lot of people burn the Vegan burgers and I can't stand when that happens. Onion rings were good as well. No complaints.

Hand breaded wings! Franchise or not this is excellent "fast food". I had the honey garlic and then took bluecheese and added Lemon Peoper (shakers on every table) to it and dipped the wings in it! Outstanding.
