I hired Dominick for my husbands birthday dinner and he was PHENOMENAL tonight!! We didn’t have to do a thing- he brought an assistant, his own dishes, they cleaned up, and of course the food was top notch. We had crab cake egg rolls (seriously have him make these for you), salmon, sweet potatoes, Brussels, and he made an incredible cookie dough/ice cream dessert. I will be hiring him to cater my daughters birthday party and definitely have him back for more events in the future....
