American Deli

Great food, the sauce is delicious and I wish it could be sold in the store.

I worked at American Deli (2457 MLK DR)two different times. This second time I quit because the management sucks. Mr Chuni stole money out of my paycheck saying the draw was short every single day I closed. He also took my pay down from 13 to 11 dollars because I quit. They have roaches every where in the back all in the ice machine. They have immigrants working in the back that get drunk on the clock and harass the women employees. They threaten the young blk women and tell them if they dont work 7 days all day open to close they will be fired. They do not give breaks and we work 10hr shifts but they take it out our checks.

I was a loyal American Deli patron until they stole my money for a large fry and made me pay twice for some fries I never received. The cook David at Summit Ave Greensboro tries to intimidate people.

I ordered new chicken tender sandwich with tomato, pickle.
I only got lettuce.
While serving me with the food, servers there hid the receipt they had in their hand .
Hated it.!!

Food overcooked, harassed to order fast and then harassed about a fricking ticket while you stood there next to the cashier during the whole transaction. Waste of money

I ordered two seperate orders of wings, I only recieved one and now they dont want to answer the phone. Bad customer service and a scam to charge people for an entire order, and intentionally only send out part of it. They even added the extra dressings that were supposed to be a part of the 2nd order.

The best American Deli on this side of town for sure. Food is always fresh! The manager is also the sweetest.

Love this location. My wings are always crispy as requested. Cook time is also quick. The staff is always so nice as well! I was given a really nice American deli keychain as a Christmas gift with my meal. I highly recommend this location.

Of course, my client love going here as well. We go to American deli at least 2 to 3 times a week. Since we're in the mall walking and the fish the chicken, the shrimp fried rice OMG I can't complain at all and the amazing customer service. I think the guy is the manager. Not for sure. But he always so kind and sweet always have a smile on his face. His employees as well.

Poor pickup for delivery people. We should not have to wait in line for an order that it turns out is not even ready.

Service was good friendly staff. Order the Barbecue wings ( bone in) with fries. Everything was fresh. The fries are good and hot. The wings were seasoned well and were delicious ?. I was definitely surprised. Now I can't speak for any other locations. But this location is really good. Happy I gave it a try. I noticed almost everyone had it. So I decided to give it a try. I'm happy I did!

I’ve always liked American Deli, but this one located in the mall is amazing. The wings and fried rice were made to perfection. I missed the old one but this one is even better!
